This book was a 3.0.
I was told to read Jet by Russel Blake.
When I realized this was not that book, I read it regardless.

Loved this fast-paced, action-packed thriller. This is the first thriller I’ve read by this author and it won’t be the last.

It was wonderful to see how the author featured Russel Blake’s Jet in this Kindle World story.

Jet is sent to Italy to train a new agent, Sonic, but Jet is captured by an enemy. It’s up to Sonic, the only person capable of rescuing Jet from her tortuous surroundings before her foe ends her life.

I can’t recommend this read highly enough, don’t take my word for it, grab a copy today and enjoy the ride.

JET Ambushed by JE Vasser a fast-paced thriller of a four-star read. This is a Kindle worlds Novella and also the first thing I have read by this author. It was so fast paced you will read this in one sitting and your heart will need to rest afterwards as it will be racing. This was such a refreshing read, it has such strong female characters that you don’t see often in the circumstances of this story. The depth the author managed to get out of the characters in such a short number of pages was amazing. I will say the only downside to this book was the subject matter Terrorism is such a touchy subject right now and one I would have rather avoided but to be honest I’m glad I did as the characters overwhelmed any negative effects from the subject.

Jet: Ambushed (Kindle Worlds Novella) by JE Vassar is an action packed thriller. This is my first book by this author and I enjoyed it. It is a little different than what I am use to but I enjoyed it. This author's writing skills are such that they are creative and has the ability to make the situations feel real. The characters will take you on a few twists and turns that will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat. This story is about a terrorist threat made to Rome. Jet has come to Rome to mentor a new agent. When meeting with an informant Jet is taken prisoner. Her partner Sonic is set on getting her back. She goes on a hunt to find Jet but what she finds maybe a lot bigger. What will happen when Sonic realizes that Jet is the bomb that is about to go off destroying much. These are strong characters and I enjoyed that they were women. They are fiesty and have a don't mess with me attitude. They know what their job is and they do it well. The other secondary characters in this story are just as strong and enjoyable. They help make the story flow and easy to flow as they travel to different parts of Rome. I highly suggest this book. Find out what happens to Jet and Sonic as they are faced with a terrorist threat.

Jet Ambushed by J.E Vassar is a Kindle Worlds Novella and the latest addition to Russell Blake’s Jet World. This book is a short, fast paced, quick and easy read. It has plenty of action, suspense, drama, intrigue, spy games, some history and current affairs, terrorists, violence, and adrenaline inducing situations.
We meet Jet and Sonic on their latest assignment. Jet is a highly trained, seasoned agent with the Mossad. Sonic has just completed the brutal training regime and is a newly fledged agent. One master, one apprentice- both capable of destruction, both highly skilled lethal weapons.
As the story unravels, sinister forces plot to cause chaos, death and terror- bringing untold danger- Jet is right in the middle of the storm and it becomes a race against time to unravel it all before it's too late.
Set against the scenic and historical backdrop of Italy, this story has all the makings for a great television series.
I have not been able to find any more work by this author, so I assume that this is a debut novel. I will definitely keep an eye out for more of J.E Vassar’s work in the future.

Thank you, J.E Vassar!

JET Ambushed written by JE Vassar was a quick, action packed read.
I haven't read this author before so I'm not sure what genre they normally write.

This title of the book says it all. JET is a spy in Rome and is ambushed by a group of terrorists planning to destroy the Vatican.

The book was short since it was a Novella but was very fast paced and full of action. The way the book ended, this is not over!

Jet Ambushed by JE Vassar is a fast paced, action packed novella that truly did grab me right away. I enjoyed the strong female roles in the story and felt that the story unfolded very well. Despite being a short read, it was really descriptive and satisfying and I loved how it all came together at the end. The ending left me to question if there is more to come yet I was satisfied either way. I would definitely be interested in reading more from JE Vassar, it was definitely an exciting read.

This action packed novella about Sonic and Jet will grab your attention immediately. It moves quickly and is full of vivid detail. This is my first book from this author and I enjoyed it. The limited writing space does not hinder the character development or plot pace. Very enjoyable read. I look forward to reading more in this series.

“The sad thing about betrayal, it never comes from the enemy.”

Francesca, or “Sonic” has been training for the time when she will have be in the field as a Katsa for the Mossad. After escaping her past and being given a chance by May, or “Jet”. It is now on her shoulders to figure out how to put the skills to the test. Much sooner than she was expecting she is thrust into a situation where she is the one that needs to save Jet this time.

“Jet was the best Mossad had in the field. But her gaze made her feel like I missed something. She never relaxed around Jet, it felt like she was being tested constantly.”

“That is all Francesca needed to hear “head out”. To be a spy, find the bad men and do some good.”

Will Sonic be able to save Jet before she becomes the next victim of Jihadists? Or will her life, and thousands of others, be ended before she even gets a chance to try?

“No guarantees, follow orders and mission first.”

“The only visions filling her mind was the slow-motion replay of Jet getting ambushed."

I found this novella to be almost too short. It made me feel like I was missing a lot of back story, or like I was missing something in general. I felt like if it was just a bit less rushed and had some more background info on Francesca and Jet, I would have been able to focus on the book more than I could. This is the only reason I marked this as a four-star read. Otherwise, the story had a great concept, and action-packed drama. This is the first book I have read by J.E. Vassar and will definitely be looking into more of her work, the longer ones anyway.

JET Ambushed by JE Vassar was an action packed thrill ride that has me gripped from start to finish.

My first book by this author, and my first read of this nature, I went in with an open mind. Right out of the gate we're shown what these agents can do. Deadly, there's no other word needed to describe these ladies, deadly covers it all. Jet, she's a badass, I don't think I would have held up like she did. I want to read more about this character. She didn't have much back story, but that added to her mystic. But I would have liked to know more. Just saying.

This is a short read coming in at 75 pages, making it an already quick read, mixed in with the fast moving plot and action, it was over in a blink, and I was left wanting more. The ending is a bit open, so I'm hoping that means there's going to be more to this world. Going back to the plot, it was pretty solid, there were a few shaky spots, but I believe that has to do with the short length. A bit more time on the key plot twist would have made the story that much more epic. This short read would make and very thrilling exciting full length novel. This was a taste of what I believe is going to be an awesome series.

I highly recommend you pick up this fast pace, action packed, thriller. It was keep you on edge, keep that blood up and, make you second guest any new character that seem to be... unimportant.

Happy reading.

Jet Ambushed ( Kindle Worlds Novella)
By: JE Vassar
4 out of 5 stars

Jet Ambushed by JE Vassar is an action packed thriller. JE Vassar has written a fast paced, engaging, full of action novella. It’s full of suspense, drama and twist and turns. Jet Ambushed will have you on the edge of your seat with the action and drama and holds you captive to the end.
Jet is the best agent Mossad has. She is trained and skill to deal with any threat. A terrorist threat is made in Rome. Jet is in Rome to mentor a new agent Sonic. Sonic may be being mentored by Jet but she is more than capable of holding her own against any evil plots. We see what Sonic is capable of when Jet is taken hostage. Sonic is not about to sit back while Jet is being held hostage and the threat to destroy Vatican’s treasures is in motion. She and a team go after her. Evil forces plot and plan to save Jet. Who can you trust in a world full of intrigue and evil? I enjoyed this story. The writing was creative and kept my guessing. JE Vassar has written a novella I highly recommend you read. Short and fast paced so you can enjoy when your time is limited. I’m looking for more greatness from this author.

Jet Ambushed by JE Vassar is a fast paced and gripping short story. This is the first book that I have read by this author and I am surprised by just how much I enjoyed this book.
Jet is prepared to start training a new recruit. Moving to Rome in order to start this new mission Jet doesn’t expect to be taken prisoner by a group of terrorists determined to cause chaos in Italy. Their plan? Set off a bomb that will bring down the Vatican.
Sonic sets off on a mission to find and rescue her partner and to also stop the bomb. But what happens when they discover that Jet is actually the bomb? Will they be able to save her and stop the terrorist attack? Or will they have to sacrifice one for the other?
This book wasn’t at all what I expected from the blurb. I found the blurb to be mildly interesting but found the book to be highly intriguing. I was hooked from the start and couldn’t wait to see how the story would play out. Although it was short story I wasn’t left feeling like anything was missing, something which I find happens very frequently with novellas. A great introduction to this author.

Jet: Ambushed (Kindle Worlds Novella) by JE Vassar

5 Stars

This was written really really well. Although I was left with so many questions I couldn't turn the pages fast enough to see what was going to happen.

Francesca (Sonic) was an awesome character, but she is where most of my questions start and end, her parents were mentioned but not the story behind why she couldn't contact them. Her husband was mentioned but not what it was he did that caused her to not be able to contact her parents. Aside from all of that though the action in the story was non stop. I followed it easily and although it was hard reading about terrorists with our world being the way it is right now, it was totally awesome watching the other side go after them. Have to wonder if there is more to come, would love to know more about Jet and Sonic and whether anything is to come for Teo and Sonic.

Very quick read, full of content and very easy to follow. Would love to read more from this author.

Jet Ambushed is a Kindle Worlds novella and I would recommend reading other books in Jet’s world before reading this one. Since I just found out about Kindle Worlds (how did I not know about this, lol) this was my first book from one and I found myself wishing I had more experience with the character. Overall the book was pretty good. The story kept up a decent pace and it uses events from the recent past as a springboard for story line.

Jet has been sent to Italy to train a new agent. While there, Jet sets up a meet with an informant but the meet goes bad and she is captured. Sonic, the new agent, must go after the people who took Jet and rescue her. Unfortunately, things are worse than imagined. It wasn’t a simple capture, the people responsible are up to something bigger.

Action and adventure are the staples of this story, with a splash of romance mixed in. The end of the book does leave it open for more to happen later.

Jet: Ambushed
Kindle Worlds Novella
By JE Vassar

This is a action packed thriller. This is also a novella.

Sonic has gone through intense training. To become a agent. On her first assignment she is faced with kidnapping. Her partner Jet is taken and only Sonic can save her. She must stay calm and get the job done.

Jet is also an agent. She goes to chat with an informant, when everything go bad. She is strong and withstands her kidnappers. Even under extreme torture she hangs on. But will she get out of this mess alive?

JE Vassar has written a fast paced novella. She grabs you literally on page one, and before you know it, you are sucked into this action packed thriller. I could not put it down. There was no way of guessing the outcome. I was shocked and pleased on the last page. I look forward to the next book in the series. Please say there will be more for these two ladies.

JET Ambushed
By J.E. Vassar
4 stars

This was a fantastic action packed story, one that I really enjoyed. I’ve not read anything by this author before so this book was a great introduction to them as a new author. I found myself hooked into this book from the very first page. I will say that I wasn’t 100% sure about reading this book but I am so glad that I gave it a go. The author did a great job and I felt like I was right there along with the characters. For a short story it is certainly full of action from the very start. I would absolutely love to read more about these characters. I loved that the main characters were women, I admired their strength, courage and the fact that they wouldn’t give up until they got what they wanted. I really hope that this is the start to a series as I know it will be one that I want to read more of!

I give JET: Ambushed (Kindle Worlds Novella) by JE Vassar, 4 stars.

This is the story of Sonic, a rookie trainee in the Mossad. She left a life that was completely different from this, knowing most women do not make to the end of training. But she is determined. She's tired of the lies and deceit from her past life.

After finally making it through, her first assignment is with a fellow agent she respects, Jet. When things go terrible wrong a Jet is taken right in front of her, Sonic knows she needs to be part of the operation to rescue Jet. She will not fail her partner.

This is a very short story filled with a lot of action with a bit of romance thrown in. The action starts pretty quickly and does not stop until the end. A story of the good guys trying to taking down the bad guys and what has to be done in order to succeed. It also showcases not one, but two very strong female characters in both Sonic and Jet. I highly recommend this book.

This book was pretty face paced and full of so much that it made for a pretty good read. I was not sure at first because I had not read any books by this author and normally I like to watch spy shows on tv but have never read too many my so I didn't know what to expect. However, there was so much action and drama going on in the story that it helped with the turning of each page. I felt like there was just enough current topics going on in the story that it made the reader really think about what was taking place. The relationships taking place within the story played a huge part of keeping it all tied together and I feel as though this is one of the authors strong suits (developing characters and their relationships). I would recommend this book for others to read even if it is not something you would normally pick up as I think one would be plesently surprised.

JET: Ambushed by JE Vassar is an action packed, fast paced, drama driven thrill ride that is almost too short for its own good. While the plot and characters are all solidly written and the pace of the plot is well thought out I feel like the characters could have really benefited from a longer story. I would have liked to see more time for the characters to grow, but even in such a short story I felt like there was so much to these characters. With short stories you can feel like you're missing important details, however I didn't feel that way with this book, while I'd have liked more time it was still a well written novella. I'm giving this book a solid four star read and was a nice way to pass a couple of hours. And I'm hoping to see more of what this author can write.

JET: Ambushed (Kindle Worlds Novella) by JE Vassar is an action packed thriller that is a very short and quick but the plot is fast paced and full of action that will keep you on the edge of your seat right up to the very last page. JE left it open for the story to continue and I hope it does. These agents are trained to be deadly and it’s that, that will keep the terrorists at bay but when one of their own is taken can the team reach her in time before a major disaster happens? Will they be able to stop evil and save their agent?

I recommend you grab this book as it will get your heart pumping.

JET Ambushed by JE Vassar
Four Stars

JET Ambushed is an action packed thriller by JE Vassar. This book was such a fast read, I was on the edge of my seat for the whole book. This is the first book I have read by this author, but I can’t wait to see what else she has written. This book is short only 75 pages, but really packs a punch. This book is about a threat of a terrorist attack in Rome, and a new agent, Sonic, on her own after her mentor, Jet, is kidnapped. Will she be able to follow through with her assignment? You will need to get this book if you want to find out. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a great book.

Jet Ambushed was a fast paced novella. Their code names are kind of fun- Jet and Sonic. I wonder if there’s a reason behind them? It was pretty action-packed, with a tiny touch of potential romance and friendship. I haven’t read any of the other books taking place in the Jet’s World series, and this is also my first read from this author. I feel like this was just a glimpse into the many operations they undergo, and I got an idea of their lives. I was left wanting a little more, but I did like the ending and the story was entertaining.

JET Ambushed is a keep you on the edge of your seat thriller by JE Vasser. This Novella tells the story of JET, a spy who is ambushed in Rome by terrorists that are plotting to take down the Vatican. Although the story is short there is no shortage of twists and turns that will make it impossible to put this book down! The best part is that JET is a female, who doesn’t love a strong, kick butt leading lady? This was my first book by this author but I look forward to reading more! If you are looking for an action packed, quick read then make sure you grab a copy of JET ambushed!

JET: Ambushed by JE Vassar
Stars:4
I really liked Sonic, and most of the story is told from her perspective. She is loyal and tough. Since this is a novella, I didn’t really get invested in any other character. There are several characters I hope to learn more about if the author writes more with these characters. Overall, I felt that this story was an easy and suspenseful story. I liked how the author ended this story. I hope we see more of these characters.

This was the first boo, I've read by this author and I must say...really good. This book had you always thinking, keeping the thrill of not knowing what might happen and who was the bad guy and then finding out who the bad guys were made it so much more worth the read. I got hooked on seeing how it would come out. This book is so worth reading that I'm going to recommend it to all my friends.  I'm give it 4.5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader's Copy.

Two strong ass kicking females. These to ladies are perfect strong characters with bad ass jobs. I loved the fast pace and the action packed storyline. Would have loved it even more if it was a bit longer but still worth every penny.

It was a very fun short action packed book. It wasn’t what I was expecting from what I read. It’s more action which isn’t normally what a read. It was a good book from the first time I’ve read this author. Well written book with great description. I only gave it 4 stars just cuz sometimes I was a little lost but it was good. It’s a nail biting edge of the seat book.
