Roy McDonald was a well known local poet, busker, author, philosopher and "professional conversationalist" in London, Ontario, Canada. often reciting poetry on street corners or talking literature with passers by. he also spent some time in Montreal, where he developed a problem with the booze. this book, Pocketman, is a 'book of comedy' loosely based on Roy's time in Montreal. i dont think it has anything to do with hockey.
