I won this book in a goodreads giveaway

Interesting book. Although I may not agree with everything written regarding nutrition, there are many items I hope to take from this book and implement

I actually got this book thanks to a Goodreads Giveaway. This book had a lot of great information in it when I finally got to the point that I understood each issue. I had a hard time reading it. I felt like I was back in my college science classes without the benefit of the glossary. I would have to re-read parts and then I would finally have that Aw-Ha moment and begin to understand.

I won a kindle version of this book in a Goodreads giveaway for which I am grateful. I found the book motivating. It is full of useful information regarding nutrition as well as exercise, basically lifestyle in general. I want to implement changes to my diet and my daily regime using some of the helpful tips from the book. It was clearly written, concise.
