This little book is actually an album to place cigarette cards in. These cards were in packs of cigarettes sort of like the baseball cards that came with gum. They had different series , like flowers or authors . These are air Raid Precautions cards. The book already has pages with suggestions and recommendations on how to make a refuge room, or types of garden shelters, or how to put out an incendiary bomb. The cards were collected and glued in the appropriate places to illustrate the booklet
