The Face: it was horrible - damaged, scarred in a car accident. Behind it lurked shy, frightened, innocent Emily Gorden - the perfect victim for a con man's scheme, a scheme masquerading as love. The Face: now it is beautiful, the pride of a successful, wealthy woman with only one thing on her mind - revenge. The Face: a stunning novel of betrayal and vengeance - rich, thrilling and impossible to put down.
DNF. Cannot seem to get into this. And I am a bit disappointed, based on the novel's premise, I thought this would be right up my alley, given that I have enjoyed tales like this often, but this just feels a bit too soapy for me.
