All of you with this book on your to-read list need to get off your duff and give it a look. I love lemon flavour in anything, so the recipes here are right up my alley.

Not everything in the book is TA-DA lemon flavour, hello! Which I appreciate. My husband doesn't like lemon to be the dominant flavour in his food, but we do use it to finish a lot of dishes. There is something in a dash of lemon that no other ingredient can provide. Many recipes here use lemon in a supporting role.
