I like Omraam's teachings, a lot. The noteable thing about this particular volume was, for me, the integration of universal principles through the multiple perspective of various world traditions and systems.

This talks about things such as Kundalini power, and the Chakra's, etc. If you aren't already well studied on this, this book might be a little advanced for you. I found it informative and if you are already into that, a good book to read for more information about such things. However, I don't recommend that you start with this book on these subject's.
