I love this book! I highlighted so many things that I will be going back to review immediately and on a very regular basis! Krista offers so much great advice and resources in this book. She is providing an amazing guide for any new agent (like myself) or experienced agent who is looking to improve.
I found Krista on Instagram and started following her. I ended up binge watching her reels because she offered so much valuable advice and tips to be the best real estate agent you can be. At first I was worried that everything would just be about selling me the next thing, then the next thing without really providing anything tangible for me to use. This was sooooo much better than I could have hoped for, though! Not only did I NOT feel like I was being sold something else, I truly appreciate how many other resources, outside of her company, Krista shares! She really is doing everything she can to help people! I love that!
I started reading this book, then participated in her What’s Working Now webinar, which was super motivating. Tomorrow I begin her Unstoppable Agent course, which is what really pushed me to finish this book (although that didn’t take a lot of coaxing since it was hard to put this down). And I ordered her book The Digital Marketing Playbook, which is set to be delivered the day after tomorrow, so I’m looking forward to reading that and the rest of her books!
I have learned so much from Krista just in the short amount of time that I’ve been following her and I’m so excited to continue watching what she’s doing and learning to be as great of an agent as she is! I’m so motivated by her!
I bought this book because I was curious about the psychology behind real estate sales. After opening the book, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the author's focus is on serving rather than taking. My perception had been that most real estate agents desired nothing more than to make maximum commissions with limited effort.
The author provides a new way of looking at real estate. She wants to inform, educate and provide value to the community and hopefully encourage those in contact with her to do the same. From her vantage point, buying or selling a house is an opportunity to learn, grow, and elevate the community.
I would recommend the book to new real estate agents, to those who feel they need a refresher course on how to become more effective and more helpful, and to those outside the industry who are interested in learning more about the real estate industry
Outstanding book by one of the top real estate agents in the country. So many good strategies, tips, and resources given. I definitely will be incorporating many of these things in this book in my business. Krista Mashore teaches how to be a CML (Community Market Leader) by using proven techniques for success (many of these techniques are digital marketing techniques). I highly recommend this book and her bootcamp to any real estate agent!
There were too many instances of things to do but no explanation of how she did it. It's basically a teaser to get paid courses. Sign up for all these services and apps and then spend the whole day dialing them in. I find it hard to believe she doesn't work Sundays and punches out at 5. We're not getting the whole story here.
If you’re getting into real estate sales, this is a great book to start with. Focusing on education and relationships, Krista Mashore moves you past everyone else in your licensing class with an actionable, differentiated positioning approach and strategy. A good book, and one I highly recommend.
I really enjoyed this book and will be taking it to put together what will be a successful real estate business. I feel motivated by her words and am excited to put these things I learned to use!
Krista proves great information on what it takes to succeed in the real estate industry. She really lays out the details about how to make happen. I certainly will add her information into my daily business practices.
