My Daily Routine In Korean is a picture dictionary designed to help you learn everyday Korean words and expressions through convenient visual aids. The book is divided into 32 different categories which are related to common everyday activities, and each of the categories introduces up to 17 phrases through fun illustrations. The translation of each phrase is on the reverse page of the illustration, and you can also find an index of all 408 expressions at the end of this book.
A good reference work for beginners in Korean, especially at it includes phrases not commonly found in most textbooks but which would be things you would likely want to say when describing daily life. The accompanying audio tracks are a great bonus. It gets 4.5 stars from me. I just would have liked a little more 'depth' to it than just the verbs/phrases.
TTMIK is my fave Korean learning site in English (it's the only one I use actually haha) It's simple and efficient, plus the presentation is really cute in this volume.
Whenever I travel to Korea I make time to check out their books at the local bookstores to add to my collection.
I love this book. It's cute and small (you could throw it in a bag) and the pictures are adorable. It has helped me a lot with my learning. It's easy to look up what you want.
Awesome little book with lots of translations for everyday actions. A small number of phrases are repeated, I'd prefer to have additional phrases instead and the translations on the same spread as the illustration but these are minor things.
