Teen crush gone bad

High school just got dangerous for girls who dated Jake, and there were a lot of them. It is the characters who shine the way Jack Parker creates them. Gracie and her gang are spotlighted. Of course Ken has to do the dirty work but it all comes together in the end. Awesome tale.

Little steps and big

This story was more believable than the first, and the relationship between the cop and the high school girl was more believable. The nature of the crimes also suited the school milieu and the maturity level of the characters.

Very Well Done Murder Mystery

Jack Parker writes well-plotted stories that are interesting and engaging. I always try to figure out the solution to the mystery before the author reveals it, but I couldn't do it. Very satisfying read.

Nancy Drew with Angst

My heading basically says it all. It's fairly well written, but wordy. An OK read; I'll not be bothering with the rest of the series.

This book kept me guessing who the villain was. Lots of nice twists and turns and characters to keep track of.

enjoyable read

Was a nice read. Not too heavy. Kind of easy to figure out but also threw in some red herrings. Would recommend

Interesting

When I first started the book I was like gosh this book is drab. Then I kept reading and I am so glad that I had finished. Great book. Glad I read a new author. Now to go on and find another one by her in this series.

Too many accidents!

Things keep happening to girls around town and they all have one thing in common---they all have dated Jake! Is it a coincidence or is there a connection?
