A Baby for the billionaire? The old-fashioned way? Well...not such a bad idea when it pays you a million bucks. Yes, I'm going to do it. I need the money. I don't care what the world thinks. And nobody really has to know, yeah? I am thrilled when 'One Billion Fantasies' calls me to meet the man who wants to be the baby daddy. But my jaw drops and face freezes the moment I meet him. Ethan - my best friend's brother!
Wait, we can keep it a secret and no strings attached, right?
What the HECK is it with these writers that they have to constantly open with books in which Hero is fucking (in detail!) some other woman??? Do they not realize how gross it is and how quickly some of us are turned off by it?
This douche-bag H has sex in the parking lot with some random woman when the book opens, then he watches porn to get off and then the entire story reads like a porn book anyway because all they do is have sex.
Wish I was warned as I feel I just wasted my time & energy on this crap writing!
I ended up skimming. For me the writing, the characters were a bot "immature" and the H of the story....I was not impressed with! I just couldn't connect to any of it unfortunately so I ended up skipping to the end, why I have no clue lol!
I really wanted to love this story. Since I am a huge fan of Amy's. But Jesus there was so much sex in this book, I was skimming through must of it. I felt cheated, to be honest. So I stopped reading around 57 %, I couldn't do it anymore. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy for my honest review
The Baby Contract Ethan needs an heir to pass his fortune onto so he reaches out to a surrogate company as the last thing he wants is a relationship. The company arrange a meeting as they have just the women for the job! So Devon can get her MBA she needs to raise sixteen thousand dollars in two weeks! Her best friend Heather suggest she becomes a cam girl. Just as she thinking that's her only option she spots an advert for surrogates, she could continue her studies, have a baby then get her MBA, what a result! A meeting is arranged but she gets a surprise when she sees who she would be a surrogate for. Her best friends sexy as hell brother, Ethan. She can't let Heather know, she would kill her. After their first time together, can they keep it a secret from Heather and will one time be enough also will they keep it strictly business? I love Amy Brent's books as the books always flow and of course the sex is hot hot hot 🔥🔥🔥
Amy tis was one HOT story. I loved Ethan and Devon story, couldn't put it down till the end. They have chemistry that sets the pages on fire 🔥. A must read so ONE-CLICK NOW. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy.
Okay, this book was not awful but it had a few problem areas for me. I won't list them all but the one that jumps out and screams "Look at me, I'm here again to get on your nerves!" is THE SEX. You know, I never thought I'd say this but I actually think I would have enjoyed the book a lot more if there had been fewer sex scenes. Shocking, I know.
Prior to The Baby Contract, I glanced at a couple reviews and another lady mentioned that she was reading this on the plane ride with her children in tow and that she was embarrassed at the frequency with which the MCs had sex. "Haha, PRUDE!", I chucked to myself as I downloaded a copy, "how bad could it be?" Pretty bad.
The general storyline was a bit predictable but palatable. Ethan, the hero, is a billionaire--though it irritated me that the author was never concrete on HOW he earned these billions--decides (upon the recommendation of his financial advisor) that he wants to have a baby in order to secure someone to whom he can leave his company and all his money. Devon, the heroine is his younger sister's BFF who happens to be in dire straits financially because she's just been told she has to come up with about $16,000 within the next 2 weeks in order stay in college where she is pursuing her degree. Somehow they both come across One Billion Fantasies, a company whose sole pursuit is to fulfill the needs and desires of wealthy men no matter how bizarre the request. Despite her initial reluctance, she and Ethan come to an agreement that he will pay her $1 million to have his baby.
Several times they refer to this as a "surrogacy" agreement but it bothered me that the "how" of the impregnation process was never really discussed when the contractual agreement was being drawn up. There were about a million things about this story that seemed really unrealistic but this was the one that bothered me the most. I just felt it a little odd that Ethan automatically assumed they would make the baby the "old-fashioned" way and Devon never once questioned or objected to this idea.
The sex scene in which they first decide to get "down to business" was pretty hot and I was totally on board. A couple weeks later when Ethan shows up at Devon's apartment and she reveals "Congratulations, Daddy!",they are both understandably overcome with joy and perhaps a little lust so they do it again. After a while, he suggests she move out of her crummy hovel of an apartment into his penthouse so he can look out for her and "his investment" so of course, this leads to more sex.
By about the third very descriptive scene, I understood what the other reviewer was talking about and by the fifth, I was fast-forwarding through those scenes altogether. I'm all for the MCs gettin' it on, that's my jam. I just don't want to read several paragraphs of who puts what where EVERY SINGLE TIME. I feel like I've mentioned this before but 4 or 5 is about my limit for descriptive sex scenes. Anything past that is just unrealistic bragging and I tend to get bored.
And what about that first scene between Ethan and the blonde bartender, what was that all about??? I mean I get it, Ethan is described as a playboy so I was expecting a description of his exploits--that comes with the territory. But was it necessary for a full-on description and introduction to this girl (Kennedy)? At first, I assumed that scene was setting us up for a twisty subplot in which Ethan accidentally impregnates another woman prior to his contract with Devon and I was totally prepared for that shit to hit the fan later but then. . .nothing. Kennedy is NEVER MENTIONED AGAIN. That just mad a description of their encounter really awkward and unnecessary.
Here is a short list of things I think the author could have spent time writing about in lieu of sex scenes 6-600 (slight exaggeration): 1. Develop the characterization of Heather and Liam (Ethan's sister and BFF) and incorporating them more into the story. In particular, it would have been nice to get more of a backstory about Heather and Devon's relationship so that when the truth about Ethan and Devon is revealed to her, we better understand (and empathize with) why she is so hurt.
2. More Kennedy (see my aforementioned subplot idea). I didn't really enjoy this character per se, but at least my idea would have justified her existence in the first place.
3. More of a backstory for why Ethan was so scared to admit his true feelings for Devon. I just felt like the whole "I'm afraid to put myself out there and get hurt" reasoning was a little weak. Had it been revealed that Ethan was raised by parents whose broken marriage traumatized him or that some jaded woman from a previous relationship had "done him wrong" and blackened his heart against love, his reluctance would have been a little more believable. However, when we are introduced to his parents not only are they still happily married, his relationship with them seemed rock solid. Also, no mysterious heartless, gold-digging wench from his past is revealed so we just have to chalk his attitude about love up to him being yet another 21st Century man-child who refuses to put on his big boy britches. So disappointing.
All in all, despite my complaints and ideas for how it could be improved, I didn't hate this book. I also didn't dislike Ms. Brent's writing style so I'm sure I'd probably give another title by her a try in the future. As far as ratings go, I'd say this was a 3.5 star read.
A steamy romance read with a hint of forbidden from Amy Brent. She needs money and he needs heir. Oh yeah it does has interesting story and plot. It has a slow start but it's getting better towards the end, plenty hotness even though sometimes it's a bit too much for me, a bit predictable but I still enjoying it.
As for characters, I'm not a fan of Ethan, not a fan of the time when he acts as a playboy, it's really bothering me when he hook up with another girl, he's changed in the end though. And Devon, I admire this girl for doing everything to get what she needs. These two are sweet and totally fiery together, not my favorite couple, but these two surely put a smile on my face with those sweet moments.
If you're looking for steamy forbidden romance, you might like this one.
*I voluntarily received a review copy of this book
I just finished The Baby Contract. I received an ARC and I am writing this review voluntarily. Well if you love sex this book is full on. Devon is a really smart young woman who is working on getting her MBA. The problem is that she needs to pay ahead of time or she cannot take her classes. She doesn't have money and her job will not give her enough for living expenses and school. Her best friend Heather suggests she check out becoming a cam girl on the Internet. She doesn't want to do it but decides to do research. She comes across an ad where they are looking for surrogates. They pay well and Devon figures she could continue going to school during the pregnancy. She makes an appointment. Ethan is a billionaire who spends most of his time working. No serious relationships and not really interested in dating. He loves sex but it's more about mutual satisfaction and that is it. He goes to talk to his financial advisor and friend who suggests that he should think about an heir so he has someone to leave his company to. He decides to check out an agency. While he is at his appointment Devon is in the other room being interviewed. They suggest a meeting between the two of them. Little do they know but Devon is Ethan's sister's best friend! It is a surprise but a welcome one. They decide to sign a contract. He will pay her 1 million dollars to carry his baby and give the child to him to raise after birth. This is where the story gets interesting. I recommend it. There are also extra books added. I am starting The Escort next.
After rereading, my review for this book twice so far, there was really no way to pretty it up.
Known playboy, Ethan Garrison, wants an heir so he can leave his hard, earned net worth of $5 billion dollars because his sister, Heather, has no interest in his business. With the advice of his mentor, he looks into a billionaire surrogacy program. What Ethan doesn't expect is to know the surrogate.
Devon Mansfield is trying to finish her last semester at NYU completing her MBA only to realize that she can't finish her degree financially. Crying over her latest dilemma while sharing a pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream with her best friend, Heather, both of them try to come up with different ideas on how she can come up with $16,000 to start the semester. Heather, suggests being a cam-girl(doing sexual acts while being paid for it online) Dev decides to look elsewhere; which is where she stumbles across the surrogacy offer. Devon agrees to an interview the following day.
Only it's her worst nightmare coming true, Heather's older brother, Ethan, wants an heir without the hassle of a relationship. She turns him down immediately and ends the interview; ONLY to have him stop her. Begging her not to let him down. Yet in the process she loses her childhood best friend. From day 1, he manipulated her. She had to give up her apartment and move in with him (which is how Heather found out about them in the 1st place, finding Devon's necklace in his penthouse.) They had a friends with benefits relationship that soon led to both of them falling in love, until his jealous best friend, Liam, made a comment about it which had Ethan running scared. He upped and packed on a Thursday night and left her alone until Monday with no communication. At least be a man about it. She has no apartment to go back to, no thanks to him, and with less than 6 weeks to go she's stuck at the penthouse alone.
This is the part I don't get. Either the Author REALLY didn't care about her proofreading, or she just skimmed over this section and didn't bother to change it. When Ethan and Devon are FINALLY caught by Heather with their sudden secrecy, (she speaks to both of them alone, not realizing that they don't have matching stories of how they hooked up together. Devon tells her the truth, (which Heather knew about) that she needed money to finish her M.B.A. but she was matched up with Ethan by accident and that she turned him down. Not the lie that Ethan swears by that it was a 1 night thing, that he promised to stand by her through all of this, and he has feelings that are slowly developing. So months later, when Heather comes over to see her brother and best friend; believing the crap story that Ethan fed her and his parents that they are "it" for each other.
I found that he was very selfish, she didn't need to give up her apt and move in with him. He took away her choice. Sure he had his sexual needs fulfilled nightly, but he worked daily, she was stuck in the house.
I'm ALWAYS up for a hot sex scene, but this book had more sex scenes then story dialogue. It was a bit overkill. I found myself skimming through them at times to get back to the point of the story.
Oh Amy! You have done it again. Another outstanding hot as fuck read!
In this story Ethan is being advised that he needs to find an heir to inherit his fortune. Yes he is only in his thirty's and does not want to be tied down with a woman, but he wants to be sure his legacy carries on in the event that something should happen to him. So his advisor refers him to One Billionaire Fantasies. The place that can make anything happen for the right price.
Devon is desperate. She needs cash and she needs it fast. If she wants to continue the next semester in school she will need to come up with 16k in two weeks. She starts researching on-line for a quick and easy money-making job and comes across an ad for a surrogate program.
When Devon is introduced to the couple that she will surrogate for she is deflated and realizes that this may not have been a good idea. The couple isn't a couple at all. It is a single rich billionaire. Only that billionaire is her best friends brother Ethan.
Can Ethan convince Devon to have his baby? Can Devon do this without feelings getting involved and losing her best friend?
This book was HOT!!!! ON FIRE!!!! The scenes between Devon and Ethan burned up the pages. The chemistry between these two....whooo!!! *fans self* I was so drawn into this story. It was a great story. I could not put the pages down. I think this may be my favorite Amy book yet! Man that woman can write a good steamy toe curling erotic romance. Her stories flow smoothly with wonderful and engaging characters. Her alpha males are hot as sin and the woman are innocent as they come with a hidden naughty side. If you have not read any of her books, then I suggest you start. Start with this one. It will have you hot, bothered and begging for more. ;)
Devon is a beautiful young woman at college who needs to earn money to pay for her continuing tuition fees. her best friend, Heather, suggests doing a cam website where she can strip for money but that really isn't Devon but she then sees a site where you can get paid to be a baby surrogate and this she thinks she can do. Unbeknown to her, her best friend's brother, Ethan, who is a successful billionaire whom she hasn't seen for years needs an heir to his business and logs onto the website One Billion Fantasies, just as Devon went on and he is matched with Devon! When they both realise that they know each other they really don't know if this contract will work. But it does and things seem to be going really well. But no spoilers from me - you need to get a copy of this for yourselves and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. The one thing I didn't like was right at the beginning when Ethan chats up the bartender to go outside and have sex with him and, as she isn't the heroine - do we really need to know what went on in his meaningless sexual encounter? I just try to blank that bit out as I don't feel it was pertinent to the story which is fabulous other than that. Amy Brent is such a terrific author and knows how to create a great storyline that drew me into liking [Ethan grew on me apart from the initial beginning] and rooting for Devon and Ethan. The story is really about this group of people who are all not quite perfect, get things wrong at times but muddle through - which is true to real life. Looking forward to reading the bonus story 'The Escort' that hasn't been published before.I received a free reader’s copy and voluntarily leave my honest opinion.
Devon is in college and works and doesn't have sixteen thousand dollars that she needs to pay in 2 weeks. She wants to continue going to her classes but, if she doesn't pay she won't be able to. Ethan needs an heir to leave his company to as he doesn't want to leave his company to his sister. Devon surfs the Internet to check out cam girls as she was thinking about it and at the bottom of the page she read surrogate mother. Devon thinks this is much easier for her to do instead of becoming a cam girl and she can continue going to her classes. Devon signs up for the surrogacy and agrees to meet with the person that is going to hire her. When she meets Ethan and is surprised that it's her best friends brother. Devon makes Ethan promise not to tell his sister. Ethan tells Devon she will get $32,000 when she signs and the rest of $500,000 when she becomes pregnant and another $500,000 when she delivers. Once Ethan finds out that Devon is pregnant he makes her move in with him. The contract they signed states that once Devon has the baby, her and Ethan will go there separate ways but, the chemistry between them is hot & awesome. Devon tries to distance herself from Heather so that she doesn't find out but, one time Heather decides to visit Ethan and sees Devon's necklace on the counter and she knows it's Devon's because she gave it to her as a gift. That is when Heather realizes that Devon and Ethan are together. Ethan comes to the realization that he has fallen in love with Devon. The sex scenes are very HOT!! What happens with Ethan, Devon and Heather?? You truly need to read this book to find out!!
Devon needs to find a way to pay for school the next semester. She talks to her friend and she tells her about another friend being a cam girl but Devon knows she can't do that. Then she sees an ad for being a surrogate and you get paid for it so she applies. Ethan is a very wealthy man and his financial advisor has told him that he needs an heir for his fortune so he looks into surrogacy because he doesn't want a woman in his life. When he goes to meet the person the agency has picked for him to his surprise its Devon his sister's best friend. At first Devon doesn't want to be his surrogate but Ethan convinces her. Instead of going to medical procedure way they start having sex to conceive the baby. Its not long before Ethan and Devon both are developing feelings for one another. They've been keeping the surrogacy a secret from everyone the know but will happen if someone finds out before they want to tell anyone? Can there be more between them than just the surrogacy?
This was a great story about two people finding love in a unique situation. This was a well written and fast paced story. The chemistry between Devon and Ethan is off the charts hot. This is a very entertaining story from beginning to end.
I voluntarily read and reviewed this story. I enjoyed it so much I bought my own copy.
rcvd an advanced reader copy from the author for giving my two cents. we meet playboy billionaire Ethan who was advised to get an heir to his company and fortune as his sister doesn't want it. he's not too sure what to think but he makes an appt anyway. we meet Devon, NYU grad student who has to come up.with 16k for tuition in 2 weeks...she need a to vent to her bff Heather. heather suggests being a cam girl as they can make lotsa moola fast. while researching the gig she comes across an add to be a surrogate...she can do that. Ethan is at his appt and they owners tell him a woman is in the waiting room who would be perfect. in walks Devon...his sister's best friend...and she is all grown up. Devon states she needs money for school and both agree heather is not to find out. i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Ethan invites Devon over for supper and wham bam thank you mam. both agree to chat in a few weeks to see if It worked. I'm the meantime Ethan can't get Devon out of his head and when she calls with the good news he wants her now. Ethan isn't happy about where Devon lives and pretty much forces her to move in with him. what's the worse that could happen right? will Ethan get more than what he bargained for? will Devon regret her decisions? what will happen when both are forced to face reality?

REVIEW: What starts out as a business agreement quickly combusts into something more between Ethan and Devon. Both gain something from the arrangement but they get so much more than what they originally contracted.
This is a novel pull of passion, steamy sex and love. It was a blast to read…especially if you enjoy a lot of the steamy sex! My favorite part was reading how excited Ethan and Devon were for their baby…I felt like I was watching a young family beginning their lives together with the baby on the way versus it being a business deal.
Well Amy Brent has done it again, this book is absolutely wonderful.
When Devon needed money to pay her college tuition she had to come up with a way to make $16,000 in the next week.
When Ethan needed an heir in order to protect his mass wealth he had to come up with a child without getting married.
His lips grazed mine gently at first. It was the softest touch, and it reminded me of silk. He held back, our lips still just softly touching, until i trembled in his grasp. Then he sealed his lips to mine, stripping the breath from my lungs, and I became lost in him. I literally sighed when I read this, Ethan had a way of doing things that made him super swoon worthy.
What starts out a business arrangement turns into a HEA for Ethan and Devon. Grab a copy for yourself and read this amazing love story.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary ARC of this book and I think you will enjoy reading it, I know I did.
Amy Brent is an excellent writer and she has proven it once again with “The Baby Contract”. Devon is in need of a large sum of money quickly for her next semester at college. She is running out of options. Should she be a “cam” girl, someone who strips on line to make money? When she sees an advertisement for a surrogate, Devon thinks that would be a better way to earn the money she requires. Ethan a billionaire needs an heir and since he doesn't want a relationship he decides on surrogacy. When Devon and Ethan meet they are shocked! Devon is his sister's best friend. Despite this surprise, they continue with the contract. Only instead of a medical procedure they decide to conceive the old fashioned way. Can they continue to have sex without falling in love? What happens when people find out about this surrogate deal? For a romantic read with lots of amazing sex one-click “The Baby Contract”. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
4.5 stars This is one entertaining read from start to finish. All Devon wants to do is finish school and obtain her MBA however she lacks the funds to do so. Her best friend suggests that she become a cam girl where men can ogle her but that lacks some appeal. Instead, Devon signs up to become a surrogate. Ethan is a billionaire who is getting older and is looking for a way to pass down his legacy. However, he does not have any prospects for a future wife nor does he really want one. His trusted financial advisor suggests that he look into surrogacy. Ethan makes an appointment with an agency and is shocked when he is paired up with Devon as she is his sister’s best friend. How will they both deal with this new dynamic as the longer they spend together their feelings seem to grow towards one another? This is one sexy read that you need to add to your reading list. I volunteered to read an advance copy of this book.
Devon Mansfield needed $16000 or her dream to get her MBA from NYU would be dust... when her best friend suggests she become a cam girl Devon considers the idea but her research leads her to a surrogacy advert and she decides she can do that, she will have a baby for someone else and in turn receive the money she needs for school.
Ethan Garrison is a wealthy playboy, who’s never wanted to settle down and have a family, but following the persuasion of his advisor he decides to have a baby someone to pass on his fortune, so he contacts an agency to set it up and find a surrogate for him.
The last person either Devon or Ethan expects to see is each other... but she needs the money and he wants a baby so they enter into a contact to make it happen, but can they keep it only as a contract or will there be more?
I liked this story but damn... how many sex scenes can you fit in a short story? I actually skimmed those parts and what little of the story there was was fairly decent.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book Wow..what a story ....Devon Mansfield and Ethan Garrison are so suited to each other in more ways than you think. If they went to a dating agency based on sex alone well they would be both on top of the list. They are like a couple of energiser bunnies. Deciding he needs an heir , Ethan joins agency One Billion Fantasies. Well he certainly gets his money’s worth in needing a surrogate. It’s his sisters best friend Devon. She needs money badly for school and agrees to have his baby....now the fun begins. This couple were constantly at each other, night noon and morning BUT in their defence , it was a good storyline too and yes, it made me cry in one part too. So emotional . Humours moments that will make you laugh, make you cry, make you angry but most of all, a love story . Brilliant
Amy Brent does it again with her fantastic read of The Baby Contract. I couldn’t put this really well written story down, for me it was one of Amy’s best books. Ethan a billionaire was advised by his financial adviser to settle down and have a child so that he had someone to leave his inheritance to. He chose the surrogacy route and was matched with Devon, his sister’s best friend. Devon had always had a crush on Ethan in her teens. Devon needed the money to complete her MBA education at university. The intense connection between Ethan and Devon is unbelievably sexy and hot, hot, hot 🔥. This read I highly recommend as a one-click must read. This is my honest review of an ARC I received.
Had the privilege of reading and ARC copy. Ethan had made a good life for himself, now he is starting to think about who he will leave his empire to. His sister does not want it and that's his only option, or is it? He decides to try surrogacy to get an heir. Devon is in financial trouble trying to pay for college. Her best friend had an idea for her and she didn't like that, so she thought she could be a surrogate and make her money that way. How hard could it be to be pregnant. She wasn't figuring on walking into the room and seeing her best friends brother. Amy has a wonderful way of setting up and telling us the story of how Devon and Ethan find each other in the most unusual way, but are still able to make love stick.
Devon needs money to finish her MBA from NYU when she comes across an ad for surrogates she decides it will fix her money problems and help someone have the family they want so badly. She never expected her best friend Heather's billionaire brother Ethan would be who she would be having a child for. Nor could she have known that he would want to do it the old fashioned way but once they started she can't get enough of him and it seems he feels the same but can she really have it all or is this just a business deal and convenient hook-ups for him? Will she lose her best friend and her heart when all is said and done? This is a ARC review for "The Baby Contract" a standalone with no cheating and a HEA.
Have you ever asked yourself the question would I do anything for something I desperately needed.? Devon has asked herself that question more than once and the answer is yes she would she just didn't realize what she would be getting into when she did it . Ethan is this hotshot business man that has everything he could possibly want that is until he finds out that a child would help him in life little did he know that the mother of his child would be the girl that he has always loved . Devon never knew the one thing that was really missing in her life was Ethan the man that her heart could never let go. I received this book as an arc for a honest review and I can say that that this book will suck you in and will not let you go .
An amazingly well written story about Devon and Ethan. They make an agreement but get a lot more out of it. Also very unexpected things. Their chemistry is over the top. The instant attraction and sexual tension is so hot. Characters are well described and develops nicely. I like it is written in dual POV, which gives the reader both the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. I like to know what happens next, so the epilogue was welcomed.
And emotional rollercoaster with drama, intrigues, steamy scenes and unexpected twists. There is also family issues. Absolutely fantastic use of words that makes you want to read it in one session and keeps you on the edge.
This was one of my favorite books from Amy Brent. What starts off as a surrogacy quickly goes to sex to a "relationship" to love. The emotions from Ethan and Devon really bring life to the book. I loved seeing them go through the journey and learn who they really were as themselves and as a couple. Great book and a must read! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book. Hero, Ethan = 5/5 Heroine, Devon = 5/5 Chemistry = 5/5 Sex = 5/5 Plot = 5/5 Mystery = 2/5 Action = 1/5 Darkness = 2/5 Humor = 2/5 POV = dual Would I recommend this book = yes Would I re-read this book = yes Would I read future books by this author = yes
The story does open with the H fucking some random, I personally am not bothered by other people relationships. Hell one of my faves are cheating books. However I don’t really know the reason this was added..maybe to draw the reader in for the instant steam factor? Didn’t really bother me but I know it’s complained about a lot. The story was good, there was a TON of sex. Like almost too much. And this chick came like 3-5 times EVERYTIME. So yeah there’s that. I do wish the drama had lasted a bit longer to be honest it was pretty there and gone. Good story not great. Def won’t read again and am not jumping into others by this author..
This book will give you all the feels. Ethan wants an heir to run his company. Devon needs money to continue college. Both never expected to see each other at One Billion Fantasies but everything was meant to be. Everything was going well, Ethan was getting everything he wanted until he made a decision that could ruin everything. I wanted to throttle Ethan for what he did and felt so bad for Devon. Ethan & Devon’s story will have your emotions all over the place. Amazing story with great characters.
I voluntarily reviewed this Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
I give this book 5 stars. The storyline between Ethan and Devon was well written. Ethan is a Billionaire play boy and Devon is a struggling college student. Ethan's financial advisor advised him to have an heir to leave the company and money to. Devon needs 16,000 dollars in tuition for next semester. They meet in an office to discuss surragacy, little did they company know that they knew each other. Ethan's sister Heather is Devon's best friend. you have to read to you what happens.
