I thought all my troubles were over. The men scheming to kill me met their own ends, and I made it clear to my beautiful bodyguard Samantha I wanted something more than just protection from her. When she told me she loved me back, I knew what true happiness was.

My brief moment of joy was dashed when the FBI stormed in and arrested me on false charges. It was like my old enemies had reached from the grave to pull me down with them. The government seems convinced that I’m one of the bad guys and not a victim.

Where does that leave me? Sam still believes me, but with my accounts frozen and my resources limited, I’m not sure I can find out who might be interested in finishing what my old enemies started. So I’ll do whatever it takes to protect myself and the woman I love, even if it involves making deals with gangsters.

Twists, turn, plots and suspense, Lexy Timms created a world of intrigue and danger with a romance to get us through. It's a great ending to this fantastic trilogy.

Tanner De Bryune comes through with a stellar performance. I love having a narrator perform a series, and he comes through with consistent voices from book to book. He keeps the energy high, the passion hot and the story moving. I am enjoying getting to know him, and can't wait to see what he has lined up for us next to hear!

This is the last book in the Billionaire in Disguise Trilogy, a Romantic Suspense. Derek and Sam's story continues where the second book left off. They are both strong and smart. They are perfect together. This is a suspenseful conclusion to this amazing trilogy. The storyline is filled with twists and turns, danger, and romance. Tanner De Bruyne did a fantastic job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Now, I am looking forward to listen to more books written by Lexy Timms, and narrated by Tanner De Bruyne.

This is the third in the series. It was a bit confusing and took me a moment or two to catch up. It seems like a continuation of previous books but breaks off to tell you their story. It is filled with action and suspense with twisty turns. One of my fav things about this is that female lead...she is a body guard. That was different and cool at the same time.

I did listen to this on audio the narration was ok. It took me a while to get used to his female voice. It just didn’t seem to fit the character.

The final book of the trilogy has Sam and Derek working to clear Derek’s name as he is framed for financial and other super shady crimes by the very people who were trying to kill him. Plenty of intrigue, plenty of steam, and lots of emotion as they navigate through the craziness. The big question mark and indecision here is actually Sam, as she has felt betrayed by the few people she let herself trust and get close to, so she’s afraid to let Derek fully in, and he just wants to go all in with her. The story comes to a good close, and we are definitely given the HEA that we deserve, with a hefty amount of sizzle mixed in.
