Loved it. Every essay was a treasure trove of information, a peep into the translator's psyche. A must-read if you are interested in translation, translated works or simply diaspora translation.

What a collection! Every essay was an experience, a plunge into a swimming pool of a different culture and language, and a meet-and-greet with the translator. One of the best books I've read as required reading and I feel so lucky that my class skyped with the editor (Madhu H. Kaza), who is brilliance itself.

Highly recommend this to anyone - even if you're not into translation, this book has so much to offer in content - READ IT!
