Don't waste your time

Poorly researched and edited, a fair bit of information is wrong , that which isn't is freely available on the internet. Essentially a short description on the use of isometric and the importance of grip strength.

Excellent beginners bodybuilding book.

The book is jam-packed with secrets and techniques for the average beginner to develop a much leaner body. I look forward supplying these isometric exercises to become stronger. I highly recommend this book to beginner and intermediate individuals seeking a better body.

Uncommon training

I read this short book and knew some of this information from my own experience. I have never seen this information taught hardly anywhere in mainstream . recommended for all hard gainers looking for edge.
