Obviously a bit dated in some ways as it is from the 70's, but a good book about growing vegetables.

Given that (egads!) this book was created by a chemical company it's surprisingly comprehensive and informative about all aspects of gardening, save one: it only recommends chemical fertilizers. Yet for an organic gardener all the other information still applies, especially as it concersn the needs and considerations for the enormous variety of vegetables this book talks about.
