I've been waiting to read this couple's book since I read the first few stories of this series. Would be better if not because of my trigger Attempted rape and though it's not the worst and I'm glad it's not, it's still not a good scene for me and a little too much.

The story is about Ryder and Suzy.

She's Teagan's (book 2 h) best friend. She's a nurse at Dallas General. And he owns the bar, Shamrocks.

They've known each other for a couple months bùt she tried to keep him at arm's length because she thought she will only be a one-night stand for him. What she didn't know was how much he wanted her.

He gave her time and space for the last few months but he's done waiting.

I wanted to enjoy the story but I just can't because of the scene and the trauma she had after. She's a strong woman, don't get me wrong. And he's a great hero who will do everything to protect his woman.

It has nice epilogues. Married with children

Abuse: Attempted rape. The new doctor, Cole, was flirting with her and trying to touch her everytime he had the chance. After her shift, in the locker room, he came in and locked the door. He was mean to her so she slapped him. Ryder saved her. He found her on the floor, the man touching her chest. Her scrub top and bra torn down, her breast hanging out. He pulled him off of her and started punching him. There's a slight bruising around her mouth down her neck. It was mentioned the man raped other women too.
Push and Pull: The h pushed him away (mostly prior to the story).

Virgin/Celibate/Manwhore: She's a virgin. He's celibate for years. She said he's a manwhore but I never felt it and nothing was mentioned about his past sex life.

I was dying to read Ryder & Suzy's story since Teagan's book came out and I can say I'm 100% not disappointed :)

I loved the chemistry these two had and how when Ryder decided that the four months he was giving Suzy time before claiming her was generous on his part and knowing how these alpha males are when they meet "the one", it must have been very hard on him... and on Suzy, thinking she wasn't the type of girl for a man like Ryder, and being in love with him but acting like she couldn't stand him must of been hard too... she was strong because I don't think I could've done it.
Luckily, our Ryder decides enough time, too much time has passed and it was time to make Suzy his ;)

There is a situation with a slimy doctor, Cole, in the hospital that Suzy works at (read this to find out what he tried to do and what he has already done) but Ryder saves her at just the right time when that snake decided to strike at Suzy... then Ryder's claiming of his woman began ;)

I loved that in this one we learn more about Ryder and little sister, Verity, the young but mature girl who has fallen in love with the hard-headed Donnie & his little girl... it's going to be a joy to see this alpha male gets his head out of his butt, and FINALLY goes to claim Verity and make a family with her, his little girl and hopefully some rascals of their own ;)

Hopefully, Donnie & Verity's story is next and then Gage's story, who needs to man up and FINALLY claim what's been his for years.

This series just gets better and better as it goes on. The couple of this book is Ryder and Suzy. Their chemistry is insanely hot and sizzling. Ryder knew she was his Anamchara. Suzy needed for someone to prove that they were in love with her, with everything about her and were ready to be by her side and that what’s what Ryder was ready to do it all. This story has it all- alpha, possessive hero, sassy, fiery heroine, danger, action, romance, passion, true love, fantastic secondary characters. If you love insta-love romances this this is one you must read. If you love faithful men and sweet heroines, this is the one book to read. There are so many other good reasons to read this book. It is part of the Kissing Junction series which just gets better with each book that comes out. All I will say is I cant wait to read Ryder’s sister book which I hope is next. I can't wait for more from these ladies.

This was a fast pace very good read bit longer then the others which is great almost done with this series hopefully the rest are good lol.

Suzy has been avoiding Ryder forever (they met in book 2) now it's their turn at love.. once Suzy is done running her and Ryder hit it off the flirtynes the banter.. Ryder lord.. even if i was eh with him in book 2 In this book he was a great book boyfriend!! He let Suzy push him away for awhile but he still was on her not letting her fully go (love he kept his OTT) and when she was in danger boy took that dude to town!! He even went to jail for her!!! Thats true love even if he was their for few days (thank god)..

Out of all of the series this has to be my favorite one.. also props to the curvy gal as the covet!!!

Ryder and Suzy were cute together. Even though these two were not together yet, Ryder knew she was is Anamchara. When she really needed someone to be by her side, he was there in a heartbeat. He was very protective of her and showed her daily how much he loves her. A must read.

This series just gets better and better! I loved that the book was a bit longer and how the story line flowed perfectly! The build to the other characters we have yet to properly meet is so exciting! Ryder and Suzy are the perfect book couple there love and chemistry jumped out of the book from the start I really didn’t want the book to end! I would highly recommend, cannot wait for more!!

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read.

Ryder meet Suzy when he goes to Friendsgiving at his friends house. He just stares at her and she doesn’t know what to think of him. She thinks he is a player, but he only has eyes for her. They both go to Jules and Matt’s wedding, the reception is held at the bar. Suzy drinks to much and Ryder takes her home. She asks him to stay with her in her bed. The next morning she wakes and can’t remember what she did. She is hungover and is late for work. Her best friend calls her wondering where she is. Ryder takes her to work and tells her he’ll be picking her up then they’ll go on their date. Ryder shows up at the hospital on her lunch and sits with her. When he shows up to pick her up after her shift he feels something is wrong and goes searching for her. Suzy’s in the locker room getting ready to leave when she hears someone come in, Cole a doctor in the ER comes up behind her. He tries to molest her but she defends herself, then Ryder shows up. Ryder bust through the door and beats him. Suzy has to pull him off. The cops show up and arrest Cole and they both give statements. He takes her to his home and she tells him not to leave. She wakes the next day wrapped in Ryder’s arms. She grinds her hip on him and he tells her she needs to stop. She tells him she wants to be his. He tells her she has been his since he first saw her. She tells him she wants to make love to him and they do. Afterwards he gives her a bath and cleans her up. He heads to the bar to clean up and Suzy goes with him. Her brother Eddie shows up and wants to know what happened to her. They all head to the Sheriff’s office to give a formal statement. They goes through a month long meetings with lawyers and court dates. Other nurses came forward with allegation on Cole. Ryder has to spend five days in jail for assault. Cole is sentenced to five year for Suzy and twenty-five years on two counts of rape. Cam picks up Ryder and they head to the bar, where there is a welcome home party for him. Ryder and Suzy meet with everyone at the party. Ryder makes Suzy a drink then taps a spoon to the side of his glass to get everyone’s attention. Ryder goes down on one knee and asks her to marry him and she hold her left hand out for him and nods her head. He then picks her up and carries her to his office and bends her over his desk. They then head to his house where he tells her they’ll be going at it all night. The next day they need to get ready for the busiest day of the year at the bar. Ryder heads to the bar as soon as he wakes and Suzy catches a ride with Teagan. Suzy shows up and helps with waiting on tables. The night ends and tips are divided up. Ryder counts the till and gets a night deposit ready. Suzy tells him she made more money then she does at the hospital. Suzy tells Ryder she wants to be with him all day, so he asked her if she wants to waitress. They set a wedding date, and she gets busy with the planning. They get married at Gage’s ranch at his gazebo. Ryder wears his kilt, while Suzy put all his colors in their color theme. They exchange their vows and are pronounced husband and wife. After the reception their honeymoon is spent going to Dublin Clontarf Castle. Six years later they have three kids, Aaron, Edward, and Millicent “Millie”. Then they have two more Lanie, and Jackob are the twins.

I really enjoyed this book. The cover is amazing and drew me into reading a sample. Once I did, I had to buy it and finish it immediately. This is my first read by these authors. I loved the fast pace of the story, the amount of passion in the story and that there is a bit of action. The characters were fun to read about and I could totally understand just how much they wanted each other. The dialogue was sassy and sweet and the world was well developed. I wanted to jump into the story and spend my St. Patrick's Day with them at their bar.

As I have not read any previous stories in this series, I did not know who the secondary characters were or their back stories; so I did feel like I was missing something whenever they were brought up. It did not ruin the story for me, just made me feel left out.

The reason I have rated this story at four stars is there are quite a lot of editing error, grammatical errors, and wrong words throughout the entire story. It needs another editing look. It was distracting to the point where I had to re-read pages or sentences to figure out what the authors were trying to say. I do believe that this story has the potential for five stars if this issue is fixed.

I will read more from this duo in the future and I will check out the previous books in this series. I am a sucker for holiday themed stories, especially when you add in the insta-love element.

Shamrock kisses is book seven in the kissing junction TX series. This story is short, fast paced and a nice read. I devoured this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I really like Ryder and Suzy. I like that the attraction had built between them. Ryder and Suzy had been friends for years and in love with one another. Both hadn’t confessed to one another because Ryder didn’t feel like he was good enough and Suzy was scared of rejection.
The chemistry between Suzy and Ryder was clear to see and I loved them as a couple.
I thought it was cute that Suzy called Ryder ‘’Ryry’’ and Ryder called Suzy anamchara (soul mate).
I really disliked Dr Cole Howell. I was glad that he didn’t get away with what he tried to do to Suzy. I was so happy that Suzy and the other victims got justice for what he did to them.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait to read more books from this series.

I was anxiously awaiting this story the whole time I read the series because I always knew I would love this one... It did not disappoint! Kissing Junction's Sassy, Curvy girl has finally met her match.

The chemistry between Ryder and Suzy is through the roof. They are meant to be and Ryder is done waiting, but one fateful day everything can change. Besides that we all know love conquers all. This was such a great story and I enjoyed it so very much.

I love a sassy heroine and Suzy was everything I love in one.

I liked Ryder in this one. Suzy, not so much. I haven’t cared for her personality in any of the books and then in this one she was rather bland. I don’t know why she waited so long to let him in. And I hated how her weight was brought up a few times. If a females character is drastically different from my looks and/or they are described in a way I don’t find attractive it sort of dampens the book for me as it’s hard to imagine myself as the h if I want to if her appearance keeps being brought up. Overall, this addition wasn’t bad. And I was glad she quit her job.

My favorite of the Kissing Junction novellas so far. I love the romance & relationship between Suzy & Ryder.

Suzy is a nurse & Ryder owns/runs the town pub, On the Shamrocks.

What happens when they finally give into what they feel for one another?
