Where do I beginning to describe this story? I can say this, this was really such an incredibly well-wrote erotic novel which this has more than just the sex scenes which are plenty and well described with a mystery plot that helps this story never feels boring or long and yet paced perfectly. I was shocked at how this was wrote and shows a lot of effort in the characters and plot. My suggestion is please check this one out and I can't wait to really know the characters more in the near future! I really loved this a whole lot and so steamy that I had at times couldn't stay focus and re-reading the sex scene to see if i had missed anything. But, really check this out!

Lots of sex in this story that has likable characters, from the narrator to her new boyfriend, and her caring roommates. There’s a little mystery thrown to keep you wondering, “Who is the person following her in the black car?” I enjoyed the descriptions of her night out with her girlfriend, the meals she cooked, and the clothes she and her friends wore. I could see it all in my mind’s eye. All and all, a good story with excellent descriptions of smokin’ hot sex with her chocolate stallion. Lucky lady.

Wow, wow, wow, wow! This is definitely my favorite series of all time! instead of comparing books to 50 shades of Grey, we should be comparing spicy novels to Construction of the Heart! It's a very nice origin story and the spice for me is off the charts!

Ah Derek, I think I fell a little in love too, and Violet, a match made in heaven. This was a quick and easy read, not too over the top, and an enjoyable way to lose yourself for a few hours. Kudos E on a lovely tale, looking forward to more.

When predictions come true
Violet is told she will find the love of her life and it comes true in Derrick. I enjoyed the story and the steamy parts were definitely hot. A worthwhile read.

I enjoyed this one. For the most part it's a novel of romantic erotica, heavy on the romance, but there is also a little bit of external danger involved, which is a mystery for most of the book. Violet has lived a rough life, but when Derek Holt enters her life just as her best friend is leaving her for a job in New York City, far away from her Michigan home, everything begins to get better for her. Despite knowing each other only a short time, their feelings for each other grow to monumental levels. It's fun to watch their love blossom, and the sex scenes are blistering! Give this one a read!

Tugging at the Heart
This is certainly not a fluff piece sex romp. As much as I enjoyed reading the good parts, the mystery made me read faster. Anyone who enjoys a twisty turns story will really enjoy this. I look forward to the next installment of Violet and Derek,s story.

Very Nice First Book
For this authors first book, this was good. The characters and story were well thought out and delivered. I enjoyed the story, it kept my attention, for the most part. I think the next book might be good as well.
