I'm a therapist reading this to inform my work. I would strongly recommend this for folks in or straight out of grad school; it has excellent basics and handouts for clinicians and clients. For those of us in the game for longer, I found maybe a dozen pages in here that I will refer to again such as the accommodations section, the quick tests, and some information about career/jobs and time management.

Reading this to enhance my awareness as a therapist. This is an insightful and very helpful book to understand and use interventions with clients who are diagnosed or undiagnosed with ADHD. This book gives a lot of worksheets on emotion regulation and executive functioning to make day-to-day difficulties (household chores as well as workplace difficulties easier.
