I was a university lecturer for almost 30 years. When I retired, I began writing and produced several short novels and plays (none published) in the early years. In 2010 I began writing crime fiction and produced four novels displayed on this page. I had been interested in Neanderthals and Early Humans for many years, after reading the Jean Auel Earth's Children series of novels. In 2018 I read an article on Neanderthals and then started to write a novel about them entitled Killing Their Cousins. The Neanderthals and their battles with Early Humans. The manuscript of the book was accepted for publication by Austin Macauley Publishers and will become available to readers on March 1st this year.
