**Dirty Dream is a novella/companion story to the brand new release, Dirty Laundry! It is not required to read it beforehand.
I'm a reporter, and I've got the best assignment in the world-get dirt on the hottest country star on the charts, Keith Perkins. The sexy beast who rocks those tight jeans like nobody's business. I'm supposed to learn all of his Dirty Laundry, his deepest and darkest secrets. Without sleeping with him. Easy enough, right? Wrong.
Lauren Landish is a WALL STREET JOURNAL & USA TODAY bestselling author and her books have garnered a legion of praise from her readers.
When she’s not plotting about how she will introduce you to your next sexy as hell book boyfriend, you can find her deep, deep in her writing cave, furiously tapping away on her keyboard, writing scenes that would make even a hardened sailor blush.
Lauren, who lives in NC with her boyfriend and fur baby, warmly invites you to her worlds of rock hard abs, chiseled smiles, and men with deep, fat pockets…but beware! These stories are guaranteed to have you addicted and needing your next fix!
I really liked this book. It was raw with excellent characters, that are drawn to each othered. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the end, didn't feel finished. Or it was to rushed but the ending could have been much, better. The rest of this book was great, it's to bad it could have been much better if the end had more effort. I did like this Authors writing, it was great at grabbing and keeping your attention. It had a great hot sex scene. Joy for anyone under 18.
I received this ARC from Author, this is my honest review. It was up to me if I left a review, I wasn't forced to.
https://amzn.to/2Yl1XJQ A quick read, but how Lauren Landish manages to pack that much intense heat in such a short read is totally beyond me. The perfect set-up to make me run to read Dirty Laundry, book 2 in the series!
It was a prequel to Dirty Laundry. It was okay, kind of dry until you got to the 'dream' chapter. Then, you saw the set-up to why you'll need ice--and plenty of it when you read Dirty Laundry! I''m glad I read the main book first but it does fit in to how Dirty Laundry all got started.
Well, I read this one AFTER I read Dirty Laundry. So, I had to go back and reread Dirty Laundry. That was definitely NOT a chore to do! Still loved the book as much if not more with the second reading of Dirty Laundry.
I gave this book a 5 rating because I felt that it deserved it.
Elise is a reporter trying to work her way up to reporting on events that really make the news, not sleazy tell-all's. But here she is following a famous hot country-western singer for days now. He goes to various bars, sits alone, turns away gorgeous women, and leaves alone. He repeats this evening after evening. He's not gay, so where is the woman in his life. She watches a DVR of one of his concerts and falls asleep that night having a delightful erotic dream of him. Unfortunately, her alarm wakes her just at the WRONG TIME!
This books delightfully sets the stage for Dirty Laundry. A MUST READ! I purchased this tiny GEM. It's short, sexy, HOT, and definitely for those over 18 years old. I chose to read and review this quickie and the descriptions here and opinions are my own. Thank You, Lauren Landish!
An erotic little short story that will lead you into the next book in the series, if you want to pursue it. Judging by the multitude of positive reviews here, it looks like most readers want to pursue it. The editing is alright, the character development is alright, and the plot is simply a dream; a single chapter of erotic sex from a sex starved woman's POV. I've read worse.
Wow! I need to know more now. I was already intrigued by the close of Dirty Talk, but having this little teaser taste before Dirty Laundry and I’m hooked. There’s just enough to make me as curious as Elise is about Keith, and already we can start to see the chemistry between them. Something tells me that Keith is about to be in a world of trouble with this feisty journalist.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book Oh Elise, you are one naughty girl. Your next assignment as a reporter is Singer Keith Perkins and truthfully.....he hasn’t got a chance. This one hot novella and definitely worth the read. It is not, sexy and makes you want to read more. Loved it. Now off to read Dirty Laundry.
Thank you! It was great having the connection between Dirty Talk and Dirty Laundry. It's not required reading to understand what went on in either book but a fun (and steamy) extra. If you haven't read Dirty Laundry, this quickie will certainly make you wanna...
This is an awesome prequel to Dirty Laundry, the heat is starting to make things boil. Lauren has a way with words especially in this short beginning to perk your interest and imagination.
Short but sweet, with some dream action with a dream country star. Well, it IS all a dream so nothing wrong with that! The connection is that the reporter in this short (and the novel) is a friend of the heroine from Dirty Talk.
Dirty Dream is the prequel to Dirty Laundry. It is a VERY sexy set up to introduce Elise and Keith's story. Dirty Dream is told from Elise's POV, so we get a little hint as to who she is, but Keith is a mystery.
That dream...hot damn! This is not required to read before Dirty Laundry but it is so fun and quick read to give some backbone to the full length novel. Plus, if you like dirty dreams...pick this up!
This was a quick read to warm you up for the next book . I may have missed book one, but I have the next book ready to go. Seems like Mags is ready to handle the cowboy who gave her a wet dream. Now she’s hoping for the real thing. I hope she gets it.
I noticed this novella in my library when I was looking for Dirty Book 3. I wish I could have read it before Dirty Laundry! It is a fun introduction to Dirty Laundry.
Great little novella to set you up to read dirty laundry hope the story is just as good well written for a 30 page novella let's see what happens with relish and Keith Perkins highly recommend
A great start to what I'm sure will be another great story from Lauren Landish. Elise is out to see what kind of dirt she can find on a popular country star.
I wish I would have read this before Dirty Laundry, unfortunately I got this after reading Dirty Laundry. In my opinion it's a hot setup to Dirty Laundry.
