This is my 20th book this year that coicidentally discuss 20 usefull self improvement tips. So I guess 20 is my lucky number, and next year is 2020 which will make my luck even double. Amen!
So here, sharing the summary of those 20 tips in my own languange, and wishing all of us a great blessful lucky 2020 year ahead!
1. Dreams - is good. it is a media to release negative feeling, desire, as well as to think through problem or even next innovation
2. Visualization - is different than fantasizing. So be careful. To be successful, do the correct one, visualization!
3. Images - positive pictures gives positive impact to you, as what you see is what you get deep inside your brain
4. Hypnosis - or i would like to call it self affirmation. Always tell yourself positive optimist words
5. Yarn - our opinions and actions are deeply influenced even by stories we know to be untrue. Most likely, you can revise and improve your self story, so that your story improves you
6. Quantum physics - always try to avoid negative thought
7. Choice - conciously exercising your power of personal choice may help you live longer happier
8. Up - engage in more positive than negative interaction, specifically by ratio of at least five to one. Well especially to your loved ones
9. Judgment - know when and when not to trust your gut
10. Kinesthesia - your body language doesn’t merely reveal thoughts and emotions, it also creates them. Adjust your body to improve your mood
11. Exercise - no need explanation, everyone knows the importance
12. Sleep - same as above :)
13. Reaching out - human is social creatures, so always reach out and build connection especially to your family
14. Laughter - you don’t laugh because you are happy, you are happy because you laugh. So laugh more!
15. Play - yes play with anyone, don’t b too serious
16. XX and XY - if you aren’t wealthy as you want to be, its possible you’re holding on to some gender related limiting beliefs
17. Why? Why not? - the question you must ask to access your superpower
18. Talent - we can always be what ever we really wanna be
19. Action - don’t talk or think so much, just do!
20. The zen of self forgiveness - when in failure, forgive yourself and move on
