Il y avait des choses intéressantes, mais j’ai trouvé que ça ne parlait vraiment pas de la comparaison (ce qui est écrit sur la couverture du livre). J’ai quand même aimé certains passages et j’ai aimé comment le livre était divisé par chapitre/histoire avec une section de « tips » à la fin de chaque chapitre!

I very much enjoyed this book.

The chapters are relatively short and very easy to read. I appreciate the bite-size bits of practical information. It makes it easy to refocus on being “as you are”. While I would not say any of the concepts are revolutionary they are gentle reminders of things we sometimes forget.
