But on a business trip Daisy can’t help but feel the pull that her friend Aiden has on her and the overwhelming need to give in. Tall, Dark & Charming is a delightful friends to lovers’ romance that has all the feels that most of us are looking for. It isn’t full of drama and angst and is truly just a feel-good story that had me hoping that the characters were able to find their way to each other. It was refreshing reading about a strong, independent female character and a supportive, yet still alpha male. I couldn’t help but fall in love with Aiden and Daisy and rooting for their relationship. Erika Wilde did not disappoint in this book and leaves us waiting the next book with Tall, Dark & Irresistible, were we get to read about Aiden’s brother Leo
Tall, Dark & Charming is a delightful friends to lovers’ romance that has all the feels that most of us are looking for. It isn’t full of drama and angst and is truly just a feel-good story that had me hoping that the characters were able to find their way to each other. It was refreshing reading about a strong, independent female character and a supportive, yet still alpha male. I couldn’t help but fall in love with Aiden and Daisy and rooting for their relationship. Erika Wilde did not disappoint in this book and leaves us waiting the next book with Tall, Dark & Irresistible, were we get to read about Aiden’s brother Leo

Whew, one thing I never have to worry when I pick up a book by Erika Wilde is that the hotness factor will be scorching. Tall, Dark, and Charming is Ms. Wilde’s latest release and not only is it steamy but it has many heart-warming moments as well. A night of passion turns to so much more when work colleagues find out they will soon be parents.
I’ve always been a sucker for a one night stand that turns into more and that happens brilliantly in this book. Away for a presentation Aiden Stone and Daisy Parker agree to one night of sex and then back to business when they return to work, but three months later they find they have a baby on the way.
I loved the way this book played out and the fact that Aiden and Daisy had mad respect for one another in their professional relationship. Aiden impressed me that while momentarily stunned by the news of his impending fatherhood; he was quickly on board with being a dad to his child. There was no doubt that Daisy planned to be the best mother in the world and never let her child feel as though they were a burden. Both Aiden and Daisy had some baggage where babies and family was concerned, but both stepped up to the plate once they realized they were to be parents. I enjoyed watching them spend time together, their growing feelings for one another, and even the insecurities that kept cropping up.
Straight up, Tall, Dark and Charming was a delightful and heartfelt story with a side of sexy and I loved reading it.

A very meh book that I didn't feel super attached to. The pregnancy and birth and everything after was fitted nicely into a short book to make it seem like timing is not rushed but I got bored from the lack of emotions I felt towards to these two.

Tall, dark and Charming is the first book in the tall, dark, and sexy series by Erika Wilde. It is the story of Aidan and Daisy. Aidan and Daisy have worked together for several years now, and both have been nothing but professional. One business trip, one night of passion, changed all that....
My thoughts:
I loved this book!! I was coming off a crabby mood because of a disappointing read, and this book made it all better. The chemistry between these two was off the charts! I loved both characters….but Aidan...well he is...wow...I just loved him! He was an alpha male (which I love), but still was able to be supportive and encourage Daisy to remain the independent woman she was! He might be my new favorite book boyfriend….until my next read that is...what can I say im sorta a book boyfriend ****. I’ve no loyalty people….shameless really…. it’s all whatever is good in the moment...and right now that moment is Aidan’s!
I enjoy books that have chapters from both perspectives! This book had me rooting for the two of them to take a leap of faith….past experiences have left both of these characters with lots of emotional baggage towards love and relationships! I do prefer an epilogue in books, but I have read more in this series….and you do keep abreast of the goings on with Aidan and Daisy.
I knew when I picked up this book...it would be one “wilde” ride (just couldn’t resist...it was just too easy lol)! If you are in the mood for a great romance with lovable characters, steamy chemistry, mess with your emotions, that is a short quick read..this book is for you...no seriously this book is for you!!

Aiden Stone and Daisy Parker have worked together (and work friends) for the past three years. Daisy was recently promoted, so now they are working more closely together. While on a business trip things heat up between them. But they both agree that they aren't looking for relationship and what happens on this business trip stay on this business trip.
At least that was their intention...
Fast forward three months later and Daisy finds out she is pregnant. (How you may ask, does someone not notice a missed period for three months...?? Well, as someone who has been pregnant 2x, sometimes you do have "spotting" that could kinda be mistaken as a very light period.)
Daisy says she is ready to raise this baby on her own. But will Aiden surprise her and be all in?

Tall, dark and charming is the first book in a brand new series by Erika Wilde. It's a good beginning and I liked the secondary character which is good since some of them will get to be the main characters of the next books. The book came so close to been amazing and it felt short because there was one thing I hated and that was the pace of the story. The part that ended when our heroine found out she was pregnant was too slow. After that everything started happening so fast and I had no idea how the characters managed to fall in love and that ruined the book for me, I wanted a slower pace and the sad thing is that the book was already somewhat romantic, so it didn't lack romance, The hero was a great element in the story and he was very sweet. I was happy with the main characters and I had zero complaints about them. If the pace wasn't abrupt I would have given 5 stars to the book, so yes, I would recommend it.

This book is a no from me.
They’ve been co-workers for three years. He was fxcking OW. I would’ve been cool with it except she was celibate since she’s known him. 1. She’s been burned by an ex so has sworn off relationships. 2. She has a crush on him.
They have an ONS, which results in an accidental pregnancy. No OW/OM for either after that. I just don’t get the love element in this book because we never experienced their relationship growth or depth in any form. He falls faster than her and is trying to pursue a relationship with her, for no other reason in my opinion than to have the family together.

There's a lot to like about this. Daisy and Aiden are co-workers and friendly enough in the workplace. One night while on a work trip they decide to get down n dirty for an evening. Things get V steamy. What happens in the hotel room is meant to stay in the hotel room.
Surprise, three months later we have a baby on the way and a very satisfactory slow burn ensues. Neither want love, marriage, etc for reasons X, Y & Z. But both are going to step up to the plate and become parents and along the way, love happens when they don't realize.
This was a seriously solid, charming, and quick read. Aiden is totes book boyfriend worthy and Daisy is a solid heroine. She lets her misgivings get in the way briefly but gives good grovel in the end and comes to her senses quickly.
Complaints? Not necessarily, but I don't know what authors have against epilogues. Especially with a baby on the way, give me a little somethin' at the end.
Would I recommend? Yes-ish. I didn't realize this was only 150 pages, putting that into novella category in my book. BUT it was $3.99. I feel like that's a little steep for the page count. I would've been even happier if it was part of Kindle Unlimited. However, it's a very light-hearted, feel-good quick read if you're in the market for that.

Then they travel to meet a client and have to stay overnight. Daisy goes straight up to bed, but realising it was only 8’o’clock decides to go down for a drink. So much more relaxed with her hair down and a few buttons down.
So they decide to have one night together, and then they go back to being friends and colleagues. We all know how that works don’t we?
This is great entertainment value, with this charming romance. Aiden is exactly what it says on the cover, you can’t help but to find him a charming swoonworthy book boyfriend. This is the first book in this series of standalones in The Tall Dark and Sexy Series. I loved this book, and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Tall, Dark and Charming is one of those stories that re-enforces how much we, as humans, are shaped by the negative events of our lives. It also supports the notion of love being a leap of faith, putting our trust in another person is a scary thing to do, it leaves us vulnerable to hurt and heartache but it also opens up the possibility of true happiness and companionship
Both Aiden and Daisy are relationship adverse due to their upbringing and subsequent events with regards close connections. While Aiden has embraced the playboy lifestyle, Daisy has gone the opposite way by shutting down her desires and pouring all of her energy into building her career. However, when Aiden and Daisy are away on a business trip for the company they both work for, the underlying attraction between the pair comes roaring to the surface.
Taking advantage of the situation and the distance from their day-to-day lives, Daisy and Aiden agree to a one-night-only arrangement with passion and desire being at the forefront of their time together.
Sticking to the terms of their agreement is more difficult than they expected when they return to their daily interactions, as neither can overcome the connection they feel for each other. although both are consummate professionals where their careers are concerned. Especially as neither Daisy or Aiden is able to move on from their time together. Fate brings a gigantic surprise for Daisy and Aiden which upends both of their worlds and makes them re-evaluate their priorities and ambitions.

Aiden is the eternal bachelor that doesn't what to settle down. He's yummy and he knows it and life needs to be lived in total freedom... Seeing what his father did to his family was enough to make him the way he is...
Daisy has a hole in her heart for not knowing her father. She's a hard working girl, super successful, and she gives that innocent girl vibe but behind her suits hides a Little demon...
She works with Aiden and a wild night between them....

The plot is amazing, fast paced, and super engaging. The story progressed in a way that made me blush, and so much more. It's was a delightful reading and it left me wanting more and more.
Once I started to read it I just couldn't put it down. I was sucked inyo this world of desire, passion and rawness.. Dayum.... The hot scenes...

I absolutely adored this story! Aidan is every ounce the tall, dark and charming, not to mention sexy man, but he is filled with so much love and sweetness too that is what will make you absolutely swoon!!
Daisy has just been promoted at her job. She is very dedicated and loves what she does. Her job is really all she has right now and she likes it that way. She is always very professional.
Aidan and Daisy have been work colleagues and friends in that sense for 3 years until that one fateful night when they are away on a business trip together and take it to a new place. A place they obviously wanted to go with each other for a while based on the passion and chemistry flying around that hotel room! One night only then back to business, no problem right?
They find during their long night together that they have so much in common and are extremely compatible in many ways. They are so comfortable together and it all seemed so intimate for a one night stand. Can they go back to just being work colleagues after something like that?
That proves to be harder for both of them than they ever could have imagined. I loved what came out of and after their one night together. It turns into a beautiful mainly drama free love story that was just so wonderful to read! Fantastic start to a new series Erika Wilde! I can’t wait for Leo’s book next!

I loved everything about this book; from the first chapter to the last I was totally all in and couldn’t wait to find out what happened.
Aiden Stone is a confirmed bachelor but that all ends when one wild night of mind blowing passion with co worker Daisy Parker results in an unexpected surprise.
This is a friends to lovers story that was sweet, romantic and hot as anything. The chemistry between Aiden and Daisy is intense and although both have been burnt in the past, it was interesting to see how one night affected their lives and changed the course of their future.
Although Daisy feels that it will be easy to co parent with Aiden, he feels that there is more to their relationship and as he is used to getting what and who he wants he is determined to succeed.
I fell hard and fast for Aiden, he stepped up to the plate and embraced the fact that he was going to be a dad. Daisy was easy to relate to and I really liked their characters separately and together.
I thoroughly enjoyed Tall, Dark and Charming and cannot wait to read more in the series.

Friends to lovers stories are almost always a fun and sweet story and Tall, Dark and Charming is no different!
Daisy and Aiden have worked together in the same company for awhile now but now that Daisy has been promoted, they are working closely together. One business trip, one night of passion that is to never be brought up again...is about to change their lives forever.
I enjoyed the chemistry between Daisy and Aiden that started almost immediately. I truly enjoyed how they were just a regular couple, no jaded billionaire playboys, no ex girlfriend drama, just two people trying to make it work. While Daisy thinks they can just co-parent, Aiden is about to show her just how wrong she is and how they are just a couple about to take on the journey of a lifetime together. I love how it was so intense yet fun between Daisy and Aiden and there were so many swoon-worthy moments! I really enjoy office romance books and Tall, Dark and Charming has moved up to the top of my list! I look forward to the next book in the series!

Omg, Aiden is one of the best male characters I’ve read so fare this year........I loved this story......
* Good storyline, it has a progression that keeps me intrigued from the first moment.
* I love how Daisy and Aiden’s one night in a way sets the tone of the story, it’s hot, a little kinky and very sweet.
* There’s no major drama and open communication between the main characters.
* No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings and dialogues making the story even more appealing.
* Aiden is protecting and being a bit caveman when it comes to Daisy and I like that.
This might be a favourite when it comes to unexpected pregnancy stories, 5 stars 🌟

Love Love LOVE this story (except it really REALLY needs an epilogue because I WANNA KNOW!!!) Aiden is charming and wonderful. Daisy is perfect for him, but she is scared. One night is all they are allowing themselves...until a few months later when things get complicated. The people Daisy encounter mean well, but some of them play into her insecurities, and Aiden has to work extra hard to convince her that nothing else matters except the two of them, living their lives and waiting for their little bundle to arrive.
Seriously good. A little frustrating when it ended, but only because I wasn't ready.

Tall dark and Charming is a short, sweet read that generates a lot of heat!
Neither Aiden or Daisy are looking g for a future but plans change for these two. The story was sweet without extra drama thrown in.
The only downside I found was the ending. It would have benefited from a few extra chapters or an epilogue.

So hot!
Aiden Stone is hot! He's the total package and to good to be true. Our is he? Poor Daisy has been emotionally abused her whole life. When a one night hookup has long term consequences, he had to convince her to take a chance on him, on them. Swoon worthy. Can't wait to read about the other two brothers ....

This book was terrific! Aiden and Daisy set the sheets on fire or anywhere else they feel the need! If you like unexpected baby stories you're going to love this one.

If you are a friend to lovers fan Erika Wilde’s new book Tall, Dark & Charming is for you. Scratch that! If you are a romance fan Tall, Dark & Charming is for you. Daisy Parker and Aiden Stone are co-workers and good friends. While away on a business trip they decide to add another level to their friendship with a one-night stand. The plan is to enjoy the time on the road then return to life as usual when they return home. At least that was the plan until a few months pass when they find out a baby is in their future.
Another Erika Wilde book with great characters. Aiden Stone and Daisy Parker connect on many levels but especially their careers and the need to avoid any close romantic attachments. That makes them perfect friends. Aiden is the quintessential alpha guy who wants a fun life with no commitments. He’s pretty, and he knows it, and the females want him any way they can get him. Daisy doesn’t have the best track record with men going back as far as her father.
The story is told in alternating point of view of Aiden and Daisy. Getting into their heads make me love them totally. I did expect an epilogue or another chapter then it dawned on me that more of their story is going to develop as the series continues. That is good with me.
