"Cuando los de primero estén por derrumbarse emocionalmente, seré su pilar. Y cuando intenten lesionar a los de segundo, seré su escudo. Sin importar cómo, ¡usaré mi cuerpo y alma para proteger a todos los chicos de Seirin!"
El partido de Kirisaki Daiichi contra Seirin está lleno de momentos frustrantes que te hacen querer gritar porque Hanamiya y compañía no dejan de cometer faltas a los de Seirin. Su manera de jugar basketball es sumamente sucia y han llegado lejos únicamente porque se especializan en hacer trampa y lesionar a sus contrincantes.
Sin embargo, Iron Heart aka Kiyoshi Teppei, es quién se sacrifica de tal forma que los chicos de Seirin no sufren las heridas que los otros quieren infligir. Así que, lo único que les queda a nuestros protagonistas es no rendirse y hacer uso de varias de sus habilidades nuevas, incluyendo el Vanishing Drive de Kuroko y los three-pointer de Hyuuga.
Al final, Seirin logra pasar al siguiente bloque de seleccionados para la Winter Cup, pero a partir de aquí, los verdaderos monstruos son los prodigios de la Generación de los Milagros.
Este volumen abarca de los capítulos 100 al 108.

Kuroko got angry!!! I also got angry. I hate Kirisaki Daiichi. But l know Seirin is stronger than such a tricky team.

Okay, read this volume alone, in your own private place where there is no one in a mile radius of 1km. Why? Because this volume will cause animal screeching and squealing, convulsions, cosmic explosive anger, Niagra fall tears, tons of swearing and probably everything else in between.
If you loved Kiyoshi before, you will love him even more. Trust me, I said I want to marry him in this volume like 1000000 times. He gave his all to his team. It was like seeing a big brother protecting his younger brother, it was unbelievably affectionate and just heart touching. It also broke your already fragile heart.
While reading this volume, I desperately wanted to hug someone...well that defeated the purpose of reading this alone...in the middle of nowhere. Okay, let me rephrase the caution to this volume. Read this volume with a friend that won't judge you and one understand what you are going through. Oh and grab a box of tissue, so just in case you cry (if you are like me, you will), you can use it. If you are angry, you can throw it. That is a better tip.
Oh, a side note, I love furious Kuroko. Hmmmmm... ;) One sexy devil! Ohhh! Seriously, how can you hate Kuroko. That boy is just...all sorts of perfect. And gosh, having Aomine watching this match, pure awesomeness! There were parts that just...*sigh happily* ;D And Ao, I love you.
We got introduced to a new player in this volume, Seto Kentaro...ohh~ The resemblance to Sosuke Aizen...eeks! Trust me, I am shivering all over as I write this. CREEEEPPP! You also got introduced to The Spider Web. Uggghh...I am so creeped out. Gosh I hate this team so much.
Hanamiya Makoto, yeah *sigh* you will hate him more too. Haha, no surprise. He was a BAMF though...not really in a good way. I won't say no more because it goes into spoiler territories.
Hyuga not saying *that* and doing *that*...ohhhh honey, it broke my heart! Gosh, I am crying so hard right now. Makoto, I hate you, I hate you, I hate you! This volume was full of emotions! Wow oh wow! The last volume has really paved the way for this volume. Fantastic work!
Lastly, I loooooove the extras! I died laughing! It was the perfect end to this emotional, intense, heart twisting volume.
Favourite quotes, these were translated so I am not sure how accurate it fits the Japanese but it goes like this:

A full volume of flashback. Well, almost. Story of how Seirin Basketball Team was created. But I still don't get why he got that injury. Over exertion? Or something? The mangaka didn't mention as to why. So I am a bit confused.

Relendo Kuroko depois de tantos anos eu ainda consigo sentir a emoção dos jogos desse volume com o clímax das classificatórias da Winter Cup e ainda sinto muita raiva do Hanamiya, mas não consigo ter a suspensão de descrença necessária para ver os poderezinhos do Kuroko em ação e continuar imersa na história. Ainda é um mangá muito bom, mas só pra quem não liga pro quão absurdos os “poderes” são e o quanto os personagens se levam a sério em certos momentos.

The whole volume was about that Hanamiya b**ch and How he managed to make us feel uncomfortable. Then we get to see the CAN'T WAIT Aomine and finally the end of the match, where Shutoku also defeats Senshinkan 112-81.

July 21, 2019Yeah, I'm not reading this volume. This is simply personal preference, but I have no interest in the game against Kirisaki. I don't like the "cheater arc" and I'm not gonna force myself to read it. I'm not gonna give it a star rating or anything though, since my dislike of it is 100% bias.

Here it goes... "Seirin" VS "Kirisaki Daiichi" and Seirin takes the first blood! Alley Oop. Grrr! Kirisaki Daiichi plays dirty. This makes my blood boil. How the hell do the referees or anyone else see that they're cheating and getting away with it?! -_- waaahh! Kiyoshi-sama! T.T
They made Kuroko angry! O_O oh my gawd! It was going downhill earlier but when Kuroko went in to play, they started catching up. Nice plan! Kuroko.
Wooh! Hyuga's 3-pointer is on the roll now. Waah! Kuroko is so awesome. "Seirin" won! Yay! Oh gosh! I feel like crying. Lol

Oh my... this volume was perfection!!!! I think is my fave one 'til now! I so amazing to see how the boys care for each other and I loved to see my Kuroko angry! I wasn't expecting that so it was incredible! He's already amazing in his normal mood but when he gets mad he's the most passionate of all the boys!
Volume 12 made me cry a lot(Kiyoshi I love you even more now) so be aware of that! However the end was great!

My favourite volume so far. It had a lot of character development/reveals. I loved Aomine's involvement, Tetsuya's anger (and its output), the teamwork, the super creepy opponents, "Everyone is so fucking slow and I'm tired of waiting.", the specials, and the way the end really spiked me up for the next few volumes.

The last two quarters of the final game between Seirin and Kirisaki Daiichi, and so the final contestants for the Winter Cup are decided. Can't wait to see what happens next, it's basically gonna be a "Generation Of Miracles" showdown!

Thank god we're done with the most disgusting match of the series. I'm not looking forward to Shuutoku vs. Rakuzan, but Kirisakidaichi and Hanamiya are just 100% horrible. Thank god for Kiyoshi and Kagami and Kuroko.
