Solid content - both curated & created - from / by the author. He clearly has found his vocation & it comes across in his writing & emotional/logical word choices.

I’d only recommend one overall enhancement: he doesn’t address the emergent & growing Gig Economy. If the businesses reading this book have no need, plan, or capacity to hire classic employees, the content will not be nearly as relevant in upcoming years.
