A night of fun leads to more than he bargained for…
Alpha wolf Ulysses takes what he wants. A member of the Shadow Claws wolf pack, he’s a biker to the core. Taking to the road after one too many, however, his life begins to spiral out of control.
Robbie is an omega: proper, handsome, polite, and successful. It seems unlikely that he would ever fall for someone like Ulysses, but he did. And he will again, when the hot and dangerous Ulysses gets into a wreck and needs help putting his life back together.
But when Robbie discovers the shady underworld Ulysses is involved with, it starts to become clear – these wolves are from different worlds. Maybe too different…
This dramatic, 70,000-word paranormal wolf shifter gay romance will leave you panting for more. Wild, passionate scenes make this tale suitable for adults only.
This was a fantastic addition to the Savage Love Series. Make no mistake, you can definitely read this without having read any of the series. The relationship between Ulysses and Robbie was touch and go all the way. This was just a very different kind of love story. Robbie being Omega, I think knew deep down that he was meant for his friend. Ulysses on the other hand, being Alpha with something to prove, didn't have time or patience for Robbie. They had to learn how to understand each other and themselves. I liked the way the characters were revealed as they reconnected with each other. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS AMAZING SERIES!!!
This story is a very good example of how alphas and omegas really complete each other, a mechanic and a childcare business owner, a dark soul and a pure light one. This story is like a rose storage and really delicate, takes all the beautiful feelings between Robbie and Ulysses, experience growing together. The solitude of two men through the toughness of a couple. You can achieve everything you want if you love...
This book is about grumpy alpha Ulysses (Lee) who after a bad motorbike crash finds himself being helped by his old boyfriend Robbie. Things progress very quickly to them being pregnant and Lee finding out the guy he works for is dirty and someone gets kidnapped.
Whilst the story was ok it all seemed a bit rushed for me and is definitely the least interesting story of the series. Hopefully the next book will be better.
I like this one a little bit more than the other two. No weird plot twists in this one. Although Ulysses is the alpha wolf he really is adorable in this book. The bad boy alpha that is always a prick. But is cute watching him try to change for Robbie. I also like the fact that he did get duped by his boss that showed he wasn't the perfect Alpha. I also like how Robbie took care of Ulysses even when he didn't want to be taken care of. This was a nice read that I enjoyed a lot.
Ulysses and Robbie are very different and in very different places in their lives. Ulysses faces a potential turning point in his life and must decide if he is capable or even willing to change. Robbie is adorable, smart, and always there for Ulysses. A bit of darkness with stories of cars being stolen. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
This story comes across as "a horse of a different color"; different from other alpha stories I've read. And it as this change of pace that I liked. Robbie was the strong one of the pair. He had strength, guts, and determination to succeed in life. This juxtaposition was what I enjoyed about their story.
this was so good... the characters are amazingly different and not what you would expect to be together.. they are sexy and wonderful and i love them.. this was beautifully written and i am glad i read it. this storyline is so much fun.
Lee still has issues and Robbie is there to help, but can they make it work. Lots of outside twists and turns get in the way, keeping this interesting. This is a great story with lots of chemistry. A must read
This is my first book from Preston Walker and I'm hooked. Taming the Alpha is an easy flowing. I loved Ulysses and Robbie. I couldn't put the book down and when I did I was trying to figure out what's next. I felt as I have known them my whole life. I highly recommend this read.
