The book is pretty elementary if you already know about the basics of meal planning or bodybuilding in general. But it will be an interesting read for complete beginners who think that they can reduce their tummy fat with a slimming belt or can use green tea to get a chiseled physique.
The facts are substantiated by decent scientific explanation but there is no discussion about designing a sample meal plan rather it had some exotic recipes (not really suited for Indian taste) in the nutrition section.
In a nutshell, this is can be a good starting point if you just want to start educating yourself over the topic of bodybuilding but not so much if you are already on the intermediate level.

As instructional books go, it’s a little light on anything that looks like a plan. It’s more of a primer on what to think about and a couple starting points. It’s not going to really get you started as much as sees your plan and show you what you need to research further.

Beginners Guide - does say that in the title

If you are a seasoned lifter don't bother reading this book. It is as the title says 'A Beginners Guide'.

Avoid. Nothing specific

Stick to videos. The book is all over the place and does not cover anything in depth. Some details on supplement side effects is good.
