For example, if you are past the menopause and want to slow down osteoporosis, make sure you exercise (esp. resistance training), have enough sleep every day and apply melatonin, EGCG (or drink green tea), and ALA.
Had it not been for spelling mistakes, I would have awarded the book with five stars, for sure.
