The Psalm 112 Promise: 8 Keys to Becoming Stable and Prosperous

Rate this book
Prosperity is more than having a lot of money. It’s more than having solid relationships and a healthy mind and body. You can be filled with the Holy Spirit, praise God, and worship or even prophesy, speak in tongues, and cast out demons, and yet still be unable to maintain a balanced and prosperous life. The truth is, without inner stability any outward prosperity will not last. Best-selling author John Eckhardt turns to Psalm 112 to unearth the keys to being truly prosperous. Explore the eight characteristics of a balanced, stable, steadfast, immovable believer, and learn how to also become one. Featuring prayers and declarations, this step-by-step guide will help you achieve not just wholeness in your relationships, finances, and health, but also restoration in your heart and soul.

Where do I begin?? This is my first 5 star review and it is well deserved. If you are ready to completely transform your life, your thinking, and genuinely walk in prosperity and freedom, then this is the book for you. In this book you feel John Eckhardt’s conviction to reveal to you what real prosperity is. He urges readers to become steadfast. He uses Psalm 112 (btw not a very popular chapter in the Bible) to explain how to first achieve wealth (both tangible and intangible) within. OH YEAH and the end of each chapter has over a dozen declarations to confess over your life, a cheat code to walking this thing out in the Spirit. He gives you not just head knowledge, but wisdom understood in Spirit and in heart. This book is a conduit to encounter God and have His desires revealed to you. Eckhardt’s writing style is easy to keep up with. There were moments where I literally laughed out loud. This was such a great read.

John Eckhardt presents a thorough explanation of Psalm 112 and its meaning for today and the attributes an individual should manifest and employ. The corresponding prayers and declarations are concise and inspirational. This is an excellent book for new and seasoned Christians.

Disclosure: Netgalley provided a copy in exchange for an honest review. I’ve posted my five star rating on Goodreads.

I've probably read this Psalm dozens of times but never noticed how it seems the male counterpart to the Proverbs 31 woman. Eckhardt faithfully teaches and encourages readers from other passages in Scripture how we can fully realize living out this Psalm.

Just what I needed

It may take me years to process this, but I look forward to applying some of these concepts, which were new to me.

Are you like Psalm 112 man?

It must read for those that are after Gods heart, to be pleasing God or in right standing. I enjoy the declaration and prayers!

This book contained many platitudes. It's philosophy is that of the prosperity gospel.

My only disappointnent is that this book has not been written before....but as with all things, God's timing is beyond our wisdom.
I read the book in a couple of sittings, but will be reading again chapter by chapter. So much to absorb, and continue to be encouraged and guided by.
Grounded in scripture throughout with additional references.
Helpful and uplifting prayers - these were listened to using my Kindle's speach function which added to my feeling of fellowship with the writer.
I highly recommend this book to everyone. Be expectant, be challenged, be changed, be blessed. #netgalley #ThePsalm112Promise #Netgalley
