Good quotes, great examples and nice suggestions that are actually possible. It's a good book and only one page a day. :P

This book is geared towards teenagers (from messages about puberty and "talking to an adult you trust") but 90% applies to adults too and some quotes are so deep that adults would get it better, so I think it's a great book for both teens and adults. Quick Read too!
