What a fun couple of stories. I have to go and buy the whole set now.
Book 1 Emma is in Love with Carter, the man that said he doesn't so love. Carter wants Emma but doesn't do commitment. Out with the girls she meets Bass, not only gorgeous but also a famous movie star. Bass is fascinated with Emma but knows she's getting over a breakup. When Emma gets an unexpected movie role with Bass, Carter knows he has to fight harder.
Book 2 Trista has been carrying on an elicit affair for a while now. When her lover ends things in a bad way, she decides to visit her friend Emma filming a movie in Greece. She wants to get over her lover but is having a hard time getting thru an hour. Enter Taylor, gorgeous friend of Bass who happens to be staying all together in their cabin. Can Taylor break thru Trista's hard shell?
Book 1.5 This is Carter's story from the first time he met Emma until he considers giving her the one thing he thinks will win her bad. You can almost feel sorry for the guy, even though you know he may have been wrong about many things, you have to love his heart.

You will be hooked
Be prepared to buy the whole 10 book series set after this because you won't be able to stop until you've read every single book in this series. I'm not sure where to even begin in giving you a tidbit to what you will be in for in this series. But I will say that the scenes get really steamy. You will also be torn between Bass and Carter. They are both so different and yet each perfect for Emma.

Wow
The torn series is simply amazing. I loved reading all about Trista and her adventures. It was also wonderful to read about Emma and Carter but from his point of view! I can not wait to see what the future unfolds.

This book was so captivating right from the start. Loved it hope to read more of her works. Was entertaining and could not but it down

- Scornfully Yours (Torn Series 1)
This is book one in the Torn series. We meet Emma who has fallen in love with her roommates brother. Problem is, Carter is not a relationship type person he only wants sex. When she realizes her mistake she ends things with Carter. Moving on she meets heartthrob actor Bass Cole at a club. He was great and so patient with Emma, knowing that her heart belongs to another he won’t kiss her until he has her heart. Will he ever get her heart or will Carter be an issue?
- Scornfully Hers (Torn Series 1.5)
This is Carter’s version of events following Scornfully Yours. We get to see a little more of what makes Carter tick. He loves women and no commitments until he meets Emma. There is something about her that makes him want more. When a scare happens he pushes her away and does something really stupid. Can he get her back before it’s too late?
- Frayed (Torn Series 2)
This is Trista’s story. Trying to get over Harry she goes to Greece with Lindsey to hang with Emma. This is where she meets Bass’s best friend Taylor. Taylor is also trying to move forward from a past relationship. These two have what I would say at first was a dislike for each other but that quickly changed with a twist. Now Taylor feels protective of Emma and is even more determined. We also get a little more on Emma, Carter and Bass.
This is a great start to the series and you will want to pick up the rest right away to see just where everyone ends up. There are several hot and steamy moments and I had a love/hate relationship with some of the characters. All of the characters added a great element to the series that I loved. Pamela Ann does a great job of pulling you right in with her writing.
