Hard to start off a book that says computers didn't exist in the 1980s. The book also mentions minimalism, but from the authors writings, I can't tell the difference between essentialism and minimalism. The book offers very little in the way of instruction in my opinion.

Hm

I don't know. Basically, it's a book about being mindful, grateful, and increasing your critical thinking skills to make decisions that will benefit your life. The idea itself makes sense. Sometimes things were worded weird, though.

amazing

With starting the new year, I wanted more with my life but I wanted to do less to get more. Talking about a complete 180. I needed and wanted it and this book was a fresh start to get it. Thank you.
