Big strong men with powers, what more could you ask for?
Drake Conway has special abilities and works for the Government, he has four young sons that have genetically inherited abilities and an evil anti-government group called Oculus wants to get ahold of the boys to run experiments on them. Drakes wife Shirley and the boys are hidden away for their own safety, but Drake misses them so one evening in 1989, he goes against protocol and drives to the safe house for dinner with his family.
Oculus operatives break in, shooting Shirley between the eyes, they shoot Drake multiple times as he shoots back, the four boys working together using their powers end up killing all the intruders. However, to keep his children safe, Drake has no choice but to send them away to separate families. He tells his second in command, Vance Berkeley not to tell him where they are until it is safe. But Vance is murdered by Oculus before that happens.
These four books happen approximately 28 years later when Drake finds each of his sons, and as each son finds the love of his life. Each book is very good and describes the specific power or ability that the son has and how he has been using it. A bit of a change from the standard vampire and shifter paranormal books we always see.

Each one has a special ability which was the reason for them to be hidden away from Oculus, a menacing organization who wants to exploit the boys’ abilities for their own nefarious means. Each book contains the story of each son and the strong, unique women who come into their lives.
As you read the series, you will find yourself drawn deeper into the story, anxious to find out how the tale unfolds. These stories are fast paced, flow effortlessly, and will definitely keep your interest. The characters are easy to connect with and have off-the-charts chemistry.
Chloe Fischer writes an intense, intriguing, suspenseful romance. Her stories are real page turners, full of action and emotions, with strong characters. I definitely recommend this series!

This is a intriguing, captivating box set and I thoroughly enjoyed reading all four stories in it. What you will find in this wonderful box set is: drama, intrigue, suspense, twists & turns, mystery, action, enemies, violence, distrust, super powers, conflict, attractions, life- threatening incidents, lust, love, passion and romance. The story-line and plots are well thought out, and keeps the reader’s attention. The characters are well developed with personalities and moods suited to the situations they find themselves in. I would definitely recommend this box set, I doubt you would be disappointed.

Hard Series To Put Down
I read this series in record time, I literally didn't want to put it down! There are love stories for each hero and generation after. The authors are Master Story Tellers.
The series revolves around a family whose Father and his children are gifted with a super natural power. Their children also. Have powers. As stories progress characters from previous books return, so reading in order is necessary for full enjoyment. There are battles,mysteries, love stories, hot sex, betrail's, bad guys, alpha men and women! This series will wow you! Highly recommended!!

Loved this series. Four brothers sent to live with "adoptive" families for their protection. An attack by Oculus on their childhood home leaving their mother dead and their father critically injured. Problem, the person who p!aced the boys is murdered leaving Drake Conway with no clues on where to start searching for his sons. Three decades later Drake tracks down each son in an effort to reunite his family and to finally destroy Oculus.
Why do Oculus want the sons? To control and use the powerful abilities in their cause against good.

Emotional, Exciting and full of love
This series is emotional, exciting, full of superpowers and instant recognition and love. These are the first books that I have read your this author and I want more! I recommend this series to anyone who likes paranormal stories about mental powers.
The series doesn't quite feel finished in my opinion, so I am hoping that a final story is out there being written right now. Or maybe even extend the series with the brother's children against Oculus.

The storylines are well-written, full of action, steam and flow easily. These are thrilling reads with
touches of the unknown, terrific characters, some violence, mystery, and intrigue. I'm disappointed that I hadn't received the ARCs for Hard Time or Hard Limit but I could not forget to post my thoughts on the books in this series that I had read and reviewed. This four book box set has a great collection of stories. This set features four men, a soldier, an assassin, a thief, and…an accountant. They were all brothers, separated at birth and never knew each other until they were grown. They have super powers. These books are well written with strong characters and an entertaining story. The women are strong and are great additions to the four men. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.

I have read the books in this series individually and they are all five star plus stories. Now that they are offered in a set you can purchase these fantastic books at a reasonable price and read about the four brothers immediately. The series is well-written books with lots of drama, intrigue, suspense, danger, deception, passion and romance. Pick up the HARD Series today for hours of reading enjoyment.

Physic powers with trials and tribulations
This is a great series. Each brother has a special power and has a troubled past to move forward from. The brothers have embraced or hidden their abilities and made a life for themselves only for the past to come back and make them gave their issues. I highly recommend this series it has great characters and some steamy Romance along with coming to terms.

Super Story
I loved the human interest part of this story, which could have been overpowered by the science fiction. Four brothers brought together by a common bond, survival! The added bonus of a love interest for each of them was intriguing but the characters and their changing lives were not defined and although the stories were intertwined they could have been explored better and not left the reader wanting for more. Maybe a setup for a series?

this is an amazing boxed set about 4 brothers all with supernatural powers and the women who love them hard enough to see past their rough and tumble exterior.

Debated
On rating. On one hand I liked characters and plot. On other there were errors with character appearing after he was killed and other timeline issues between books. Other issue is the ending. It was not wrapped up like it should have.
It feels like Author has one more book at least about family dealing with other group. If so should have ended with that note.

Awesome book set. Extremely entertaining, captivating and interesting sexy read. I could not put it down. Wonderfully written with strong, intriguing characters. I want to read more from this author. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

What a great series. A family broken and separated because of greed. It took 25 years for Drake Conway to find his sons. They unite to take down the entity that had been after them. Great!

Pretty great series
Interesting plot with enough action and loving to keep it moving. A good series for one of those long weekends where you can’t seem to put the books down. Good writing with totally lovable characters that you wish you could meet. Happy reading.

Disjointed
Plot is good but writing switches between characters unexpectedly and ruins the storyline. Not sure if I even want to read the next ones as these ones ended prematurely in my opinion.

This was a crazy good series. Each book was just as hot and spicy as the next and the adventure and chemistry was off the chart!!

Not bad
The stories seemed short to me, not sure if they were supposed to be. I liked what I read, but wanted more depth of the characters and the story lines.
