William Blake Everett, aka Bill Everett, was a comic book writer-artist best known for creating Namor the Sub-Mariner as well as co-creating Zombie and Daredevil with writer Stan Lee for Marvel Comics. He was a descendant of the poet William Blake and of Richard Everett, founder of Dedham, Massachusetts.
... The Hidden World! Is a hidden secondary moon just further out than our moons orbit but constantly blocked by it. Well every once in awhile the moon can be seen by Earth, and that's when the moon steals all of Earth's water for a few moments before returning. So all the water is sucked off the planet, and all of Earth blames Namor for it. The guy gets so pissed he hitches a water ride to that moon where he tells its inhabitants (freaky ant looking people) that they can keep the water, screw the Earthlings. Well, at least until he remembers that that would kill his race too, so he steals back all the water, not leaving a drop for the peaceful aliens and returns to Earth a hero of his people. However the surface world still blames him for it, so he continues his revenge quest.
... Courage! Another story of Young Namor. He's dared by Prince Byrrah to go back to the surface to prove he's not a coward. Not only does he do that, but he also kills a few wolves that try to get him. I don't mind these little flashbacks.
Shark Bait Has nothing to do with supes, but I'll take the shorter issue!
... War of the Poles! Byrrah once again is annoyed at Namor for refusing to war against the humans, so he heads to the Arctic and looses a continent sized glacier, crashing it into North America and causing freezing winds to destroy the country. Namor, in response, looses a continent sized glacier from the Antarctic, crashing them together and causing a sound wave to blast across the globe in the explosion. Byrrah then concedes to this loss, but says their personal war is not over.
