Interesting to flick through but as indicated by the title ("For Beginners") a bit basic for many people - quite clear and good examples though. Useful overview of some basic strategic principles but I enjoy following actual games much more.
I found this book very comprehensive and would have been useful earlier on in my chess career. I give this book 5 stars because it did exactly what it said it was going to.
Hits all the elementary bases. Has a great middle-aged example. But may be hard to follow for newbies as the coordinate system is not explained in this book.
