This was an okay read. The Author quotes cases from many countries - I was wondering how he missed the most important case of Lugdi Devi\Shanti Devi in India.

The cases written about were interesting ones. The Hindu culture has believed in reincarnation for at least 5000-7000 years and it was not difficult for me to believe those cases to be true. However, when the concept of reincarnation is spoken of in the introduction and in the final chapter as something unbelievably new, being discovered only by a few Western researchers, it is a little funny. I admit the book has mentioned the many cultures that have always believed in reincarnation. Still...
Think of it. If I asked you to touch the left side of your nose with the index finger of your right hand, you'd easily do that wouldn't you? But aren't you wasting your energy if you do the same thing by getting your right index finger around the back of your head to reach your left nostril? That is what this research process is like. However, great job done by the researchers in collecting all this evidence.
It has been mentioned in this book that availability of such literature has only been increasing recently in the West, but that is not so in the East. There is no shortage of books speaking about eternal truths, if one chooses to read them. Even in other countries, I know that scriptures such as the Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads are available. There are also books written by Swami Vivekananda, Paramahansa Yogananda and Ramana Maharishi are available everywhere in the world. One could try reading them. [I also like the books written by Dr. Brian Weiss]. These sources I've mentioned because none of these scriptures have been edited, modified or tampered with for any political or other reasons. Many other world religions have believed and some of them still believe in the concept of reincarnation. A few have chosen to ban the concept for their own reasons . Reincarnation, however, works just the same.
Reincarnation and karma are some of the concepts mentioned in this book. In India, the ancient sages called "rishis" were seers of "Eternal Truths" who, over the ages, discovered how the entire cosmos worked and many great masters have kept that knowledge alive in the master-to-disciple tradition. Even today there are many enlightened masters living throughout India who can help sincere disciples from all over the world realize these truths for themselves. "The Autobiography of a Yogi" by Paramahansa Yogananda is one such true story.
Whether discovered through modern scientific research or understood by ancient scriptures, the results are the same. Choose whatever interests you. However, science is a long way off though it is slowly coming to the same conclusions. If this review bores you, move on. If by chance you're interested, let me tell you there is no dearth of legitimate sources to understand such truths. Good luck and happy reading!

Книжката е хубава и информативна.
По-скоро като листовка за реградивна терапия.
Книгата я има издадена на български език под:
Реинкарнация. Предишните животи и тяхното въздействие
