Jamie
Everyone told me he wasn't worth it, but I didn't listen.
They say you'll never forget your first love, Yet I'll never want anyone more than I do Sam.
I don't know what it was but from the first moment I saw him, it was like an out of body experience
Not that it mattered. At least his family thought so.
So why isn't he fighting harder for me?
Sam
Living in Sutton Hill and coming from a famous family, I have a lot of people depending on me. With that comes frequent obligations, things Jamie doesn't seem to quite understand.
I have a reputation to uphold and people to appease. I come from a town full of judgmental people, with opinions louder than a rock concert.
To give her the chance she deserves, I have to slowly ease her in. It requires patience and trust, so why doesn't she believe me?
AUTHOR NOTE: This is Book 2 of the Serendipity Series. This can be read separately or combined with the other books in the series. This is an HEA and no cliffhangers. There are also mild scenes and language. Must be over 18 years of age to read!

Sam is rich and from Sutton Hills, a snobby neighborhood. Jamie is not rich and she had a terrible childhood. They work in the same office and somehow get together and start dating, but keep their relationship a secret from their co-workers. The fun starts when Sam takes Jamie to a family barbecue but doesn't introduce her to anyone other than his favorite sister. Jamie gets upset when a well endowed woman drapes herself all over Sam. When she confronts him about it he acts like it's not a problem. Then he gets mad at Jamie and Yada Yada Yada. Almost every page has a misspelled word or two, missing or misplaced punctuation, and missing words making sentences confusing. It's like the book was published after the first or second draft. Whoever the copy editor was, he should take a remedial English class before editing another book.
I read this book as part of an arc program. This was the second book in the Serendipity series and continues the story of Sam and Jamie. Sam and Jamie are now dating, but are taking it very slow. Sam feels he has to gently ease Jamie into his social circle and the narrow minds of Sutton Hill. Sam is trying to give Jamie time and to make her fell like she is a priority to him. Jamie is starting to get impatient with Sam and their lack of advancement in their relationship. Jamie asks Sam to spend Thanksgiving with her family and he agrees. They seem to be making progress until Sam brings Jamie to his family's Christmas party. They are still trying to work things out in book two, but it seems like everything is against them. In book one I felt Jamie was reading too much into her interactions with Sam. In book two, I felt like Sam was stalling and was worried about what others thought about Jamie. I thought if he really loved her like he said he did, he would have stood up for her and take her feelings into account. I will be waiting to see how book three plays out.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Twelve Weeks: A Second Chance, Small Town Romance (Serendipity series Book 2) by Robin Edwards is a Contemporary Second Chance, Small Town Romance. You don't automatically belong, you have to earn your place in Sutton Hill. I would say read the first book before this one as this is the continuation of Jamie and Sam's story. The reason I pick up this its because I've read in the author's notes that this is Book 2 of the Serendipity Series. This can be read separately or combined with the other books in the series. This is an HEA and no cliffhangers. But it this is the continuation of Jamie and Sam's story from book one and I never read book one So I didn't like that I only read the second half of the half story.
"Noth again! Ugh!" I cursed aloud as I realized I made another error as I rushed through the report.s
What the hell is that? What the hell is that? What in the overloving frick is that doing in the middle of the first page of the first chapter? You know, the first impression that's so important?
Is that supposed to be ironic? Did the author's SPAG check die shrivelling and crackling in a wad of smoke, was the editor bribed with Bartles and Jaymes to look the other way, what? Why should I bother putting in the effort to read if the effort can't be made to catch a blatant garbled mess like this? Eff this, EFF EVERYTHING- *shoves past disgruntled Kindle Romance employees on the way out*
Great book 2 of Serendipity Series This is book 2 of the Serendipity series. The continuing story of Jaime and Sam. The trouble starts with a family BBQ where Sam only introduces Jaime to his 2 sisters. One is nice the other is not so nice and proceeds to push her rather busty friend on Sam. When Jaime confronts him he acts as though its no big deal and the drama ensues. I love this series and will definitely be reading book 3.

This was an enjoyable and entertaining read by Robin Edwards about the ups and downs of two people dating who come from two completely different backgrounds and societal groups. I liked how she kept it a long slow simmering romance rather than the usual hot blooded get em in the sack and then work it out later type of story. I look forward to reading Book 3 in this series. This is a voluntary review of an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
The romance between Jamie and Sam continues in this book. This is a well written story of people from different backgrounds and how outside influences can effect a relationship. The characters are well developed and have depth. It is an intriguing storyline that had my interest from start to finish. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait for the next book in the series. The author did a good job. I received this book as a gift and voluntarily give this review.
Sweet story with some sex scenes, well written, but I find that the story was long to start. Jamie and Sam want to take time in their relation because his family is famous and he wants to preserve Jamie…..or he’s scarred to really invest himself. Who knows at first. The answer is in second part, but maybe for me it was too late, even if I definitely prefered this second part. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
This is a self contained small town romance, He is from a famous family and while they have fallen for each other she doesn't understand all his responsibilities. This is the second book in the series and it is just as good as the first. I look forward to reading the third book soon. Well written, pretty PG13 for the most part

More of a 3.5 It took me quite a while to get into the book. I just couldn't do it...not sure why. I loved book 1, but this one read as a really long description or epilogue. No real chemistry just them complaining about each other and their families. And maybe I am more conservative than I thought, but taking it slow to me means not jumping into the sack every time you turn around! Ah well, it is what it is!
This is book number two in a three-part series. you really need to read the first book first, this will be a much more engaging read if you follow in order.
Jamie wants Sam more than anything and she brought herself down just worrying over it. She wants him more than anything and she needs to find a way to make it happen.
He has not told his family about here and claims to be too busy for a relationship but he just might lose her if he does not change.
a wonderful sequel to the other part. they can not be together but not without each other. the uncertainties that exist do not make it easier to come together. I continue I the next part .. because of course I hope for a good end

Annnd the saga continues. A Second Chance romance that is a captivating, interesting read. There is drama and a number of heart wrenching emotions. This is the second book in the series and it will capture and hold your interest until the end. Sam and Jaime finally get their HEA. Recommended read. Oh my... So much emotion about the character's in this story. The author wrote amazing steaming hot sexual relationship between the two character's! Rich vs Poor! Some people don't care about status and challenging and different types of people from the authors point of view!! ENJOY
It was okay, to be honest. The hero was really annoying. He had another woman throwing herself at him and he doesn't even do anything. He makes it seem like it's nothing, and then ends up being really hypocritical when it comes to the girl. :/

This is the second book in the series and I would say read the first book before this one. This is the continuation of Jamie and Sam's story and Sam was one clueless man that thought he was doing everything right, I like the interaction between these two.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I liked “Twelve Weeks” from Robin Edwards. It is a well written book with a good storyline and lovely characters who have great chemistry and interaction that pulled me into their story. This is an Entertaining Romance that I would recommend. I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book this book.
This was a continuation of a storyline from book one, but had the option to be read as a stand-alone. Very well developed characters and storyline. Both the H and h had complicated emotional backstories that affected their relationship. It made a very enjoyable and entertaining journey following their adventure to finding a HEA.
Second book in this series and it is as entertaining as the first, maybe more so. It took a while for Sam to get up to speed but that is just being Sam. He did what he felt he had to do to ensure Jamie's future with him. However, he missed the mark a few times. You do not have to read the books in order but it helps if you do. I recommend this one.
Omg I was going crazy reading thus book. Wow on how patient Jamie is. I know how she feels. I always hate the saying you don't know what you have until you lose it but that's pretty much what Sam had to do. Jamie is strong. I hope good for their future. So excited for more.
everyone tells me he is not worth it. she still loves him so will she give him another chance. he has so many people depending on him so why cant she understand? will love come true

I really enjoyed books 1 & 2 but the ending I thought was very abrupt and then I realised there was a book 3! 😊 moving straight onto it 😊 I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
t is interesting, emotional, intriguing story. The characters are strong, good chemistry, and written well. I enjoyed reading this book. Looking forward to the next book.
I love this & I can't wait for more. I will be also leaving a review on Goodreads @ Amazon. And letting everyone know about it. So i gave it a 5 Stars.
The "hero" of this book was spineless, willfully clueless, and casually cruel and dismissing to the heroines feelings throughout the entire thing. Just no.
