informative and full of ideas on getting started on writing your journal including online journaling and examples of journaling. not bad but not as full of prompts as I wanted.

Actually this was a pretty good book. It has some outdated information, but it the information presented was still valid. I am going to use some of the information presented in a journaling project with students.
