A little kooky, but ultimately had some great running tips, that were oriented around using running as a form of mindful meditation. They ranged from advice from former olympic coaches to ideas formed out of the human potential movement. After reading the two chapters, I ran one of my best 5ks. Not sure how much of this had to do with what was written, but at the least, provided novel notions to a very repetitive sport. It is a short read, and if you can find a copy, I recommend you pick it up since they are becoming increasingly hard to find.
