Good resource for kids to learn some ways to de-stress. There’s a lot of ideas so it might be helpful to have them organized with some separate headings and titles. It also lacked explanation of stress and when stress is good vs. bad. Most of the tips and tools I thought were well written and easy to follow, but there were many I probably wouldn’t try.
2.5⭐️ good book ! Some of the tricks and tips I already do which is great to know; this is a good ressource for kids or teens to have in times of stress or uncertainty.
This book is good to have and read through slowly and to takes à trick and follow through for a bit to see which ones work for you.
This wasn't great. Despite the cover being fun and cute, the contents are boring with black and white illustrations and 'information' that simplifies stress rather than explaining its complexity.
I picked this up at work as it was donated. It’s meant for kids but honestly it had such great ideas and information on how to manage stress and life that I found it rewarding and useful. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
