In theory this book sounds great. I like hearing individual perspectives about yoga but I strongly disliked the writing style. It was this super perky, overly positive attitude that killed it for me. I didn't find it inspiring, I found it annoying and fake. I wish this had been an anthology and the people whose stories were told would have written them themselves. Instead of that, these were second hand stories told by the two authors of this book and I couldn't really grasp the individual personalities of the people they were writing about. I feel bad for being so mean with my review, but this was a major disappointment for me.
