My Review:
I am loving the combined effort of the dynamic duo of Eden Butler and Chelle Bliss pooling their massive talents. The writing was tip-top and seamless, the only rankle I had was in the far from admirable character of Cara, I deemed her antics to be several levels beyond despicable and unpardonable, but lucky for her, Kiel was more forgiving. The storylines were engaging and entertaining with occasional hot licks of incendiary sensuality – oh, my. I have read both books in this series and am more than eager for the next installment and hope it comes soon before I forget all the shiny little tidbits I have gleaned from this book.

Tied Down is the second book in The Nailed Down series. The premise of the book is simple but the authors gave us the unexpected on this suspense filled romance. I loved how different it was from the first book in the series. You can definitely read and enjoy as a standalone.
Kiel Kaino is a journalist with a big heart. He's been burned by his wife , left NYC and restarted a new life on the other side of the county. He's finally back on track with his career only to be sucked in again with his wife and her crazy family. He continued to stay strong despite being up against mafia.
Cara is the epitome of your spoiled mafia princes but with an edge. She's her daddies little girl and takes no bull with family and friends, especially her husband. She's the reason he's back and the pair are fighting for their lives.
While they are I hiding the pair rediscovery their list and love for each other. They were really a sweet couple when they were able to let their guard down.
We also get to read more about Dale and Gin and their relationship and are introduced to a few new characters.

I loved Kiel and Cara! This sexy guy with his mafia princess girl made for a very entertaining book. After getting married in secret, and then going their separate ways, Cara comes back into Kiel’s life and turns it upside down. This book bad the sweet and sexy moments but also action and some suspense as you tried to figure out what was going to happen next.

Hot & Exciting!
Tied Down had me on the edge of my seat right from the beginning. So Good So Suspenseful and So Sexy! Kiel is a Journalist but don't assume he's a softie, Oh No this man is domineering, protective and captivating. Cara is Kiel's estranged wife. She's a city girl with mafia ties and very strong minded. I love the "hate and angry" relationship that Kiel and Cara have towards one another when they are first reunited. It's cold and cruel and it caused me to cringe at some of the things that Kiel and Cara say to one another, but you can sense that they do this because they are hurt and there is still an attraction and deep love for each other. As the story unfolds, Kiel falls deeper into Cara's world and things get intense and dangerous. So thrilling and so passionate as Kiel and Cara get closer to one another. To me, this is also where Kiel solidifies himself as an UBER-ALPHA!
Tied Down had me glued to the pages and not just because of Kiel and Cara but the other characters whose backstories has me so intrigued that even though Tied Down is an HAE I feel like I need to know what happens with the other characters. I am obsessed. I want more.
I love the collaboration of these two authors the story flows so smoothly and the storytelling is so vivid. It is addicting. I love this Book!

Kiel is learning his woman doesn't follow directions well, “I told you to stay in that room.” I could only shrug, having no excuses that would keep him from complaining. “You’re the most stubborn woman I’ve ever known.” Kiel is really devoted to his woman, "...have spent hundreds of hours listening to your father talk about the shady **** he’s done in his life.” I pulled her close, draping one of her muscular legs over my thigh. “Monumental things, remember? Every one is for you.” I liked this book, I fell in love with Kiel.

5 star Review Tied Down (Nailed Down #2) by Chelle Bliss & Eden Butler
Wow, what a great book. Tied Down is a smoking hot, suspenseful read which had me gripped from the first to the last chapter.
Kiel is a journalist and when his ex-wife
Cara Carelli asks for my help I have no choice but to agree. However, since she has ties to the mafia, he knows it will not be simple and more than likely dangerous.
I fell for Kiel right from the start, he was everything that I could imagine wanting and needing in my life and so much more. Cara was harder to engage with but eventually I warmed up to her.
There is so much anger and hurt between Kiel and Cara that the animosity almost leapt of the pages. Of course there is a fine line between love and hate and it is obvious that these two still have a deep love between them.
As danger increases so does the intensity of their feelings. The chemistry between Kiel and Cara is scorching.
The mystery and suspense kept me riveted as I kept promising myself, just one more chapter until it was over.
These two authors obviously work well together as I was unable to determine where one author ended and the other picked up; a sign of a great collaboration .
I look forward to reading more in the series.

Oh, holy hotness. I really thought I wasn't going to love Kiel's story more than Kane's--but how I was wrong. So, SO wrong! The set-up on this one is so heartbreaking, from both Kiel and Cara's viewpoints, which stunned the heck out of me. I expected to truly hate the crap out of Cara. But dang it if these incredible women didn't give me a heroine who moved me and made me root like hell for her--especially when the poor thing was forced by circumstances to hike through the forest, in the snow, to get to the secret hideout cabin. EPIC SCENE--and that's not even the best one in the book! God, it was so hard to say goodbye to this world--but I'm thrilled to hear that Ms. Bliss and Ms. Butler may be re-teaming to bring us even more from all these amazing characters. What a fantastic sophomore book from this dynamic duo!!

Chelle Bliss and Eden Butler have done it again!!! This one started out a little slower for me, and I wasn't totally crazy for Cara to begin with, but that definitely changed before it was over.
Kiel Kaino arrives in New York thinking he's there for a job interview. But he has this gut feeling that something is off. And boy, is it ever! When he follows what he thinks is going to be his next quickie into a room at the airport he's in for a rude awakening.
Cara Carelli has a huge problem and the only person that can help her is her estranged lover. But he wants nothing to do with her after what she put him through five years ago. Can she convince Kiel to help her? Or will he leave her to find her own way out of her own problems.
I fully admit that Cara was not a favorite of mine early in the book. But she definitely grew on me. And by the end, I loved her.

I am totally digging this writing duo of Chelle Bliss & Eden Butler. This story is chock full of good stuff!! It is sexy, steamy, intense, dangerous and so many other things, I couldn't put it down. I loved Kane from Book 1 but his brother Kiel has overtaken the top spot between these two very sexy men in my eyes.
5 years ago Kiel married Cara thinking she was the love of his life and then she did the unthinkable and positively crushed him. Kiel learned a lot from that experience and is a different man today because of it. But he deep down even with all the hurt, his feelings for her didn't exactly die.
Cara comes from a very interesting family. She needs help, the kind only Kiel can give her, so she tricks him into meeting with her. She does not deserve his loyalty and protectiveness but he gives it anyway. He is amazing! I ended up liking her a lot more than I thought I would at first. She had her reasons for what she did in the past.
Now if they can only get through the danger they find themselves in, can they possibly rekindle their love and find that HEA that has eluded them up until now? We get more of Kane & Kit and Dale and Gin and even some new people to intrigue us like Cara's brother Johnny. Lot's of good characters adding to an already amazing story. Can't wait to see who is up next! Dale? Johnny?

Kiel and Cara have such strong chemistry between the two them, that it leads to some hot sex scenes. They have a complicated relationship and have a past which requires some work to get their happy ending finally. Kiel was a hot alpha, but there were a few times where I wanted to throw my kindle at him. Cara had a strong personality, so there were times I wanted to throw my kindle at her as well. I felt like these two people were the only ones who could handle the other. They were a perfect match. This was an enjoyable story.

Kiel is just as hot as his brother but not as moody. He certainly has more anger and resentment but when he finds his wife honestly needs him he can't help but move past all that and see the woman he fell in love with.

When I read about Kiel in Kane and Kit's story, I thought he was an arrogant man-whore and really didn't care who he hurt as long as he got what he wanted. But after reading his story I now know why he has the attitude that he has. This story gives the background needed to understand him better an know why he does the things he does.
Kiel is headed to New York for what he thinks is a job interview but he has this feeling that something isn't right. And he knows he should trust his gut feelings. Because he runs in to the one person he doesn't want to see. Cara is the woman that he thought loved him but instead got him beaten almost to a pulp and sent back to Seattle five years ago. Now she wants him to help her and protect her.
Cara has always loved Kiel but she knew her father wouldn't approve. So she lied about who he really was. Not knowing that it would get him hurt. Now she needs him to protect her and she hopes that somewhere deep inside he still feels something for her beside anger.
Can they both get past the anger and help each other? Will Cara tell her father who Kiel really is? Will her family accept Kiel for who he is? Will Kane accept Cara as family now? Will there be a future for Kiel and Cara?

I have to say, I agree with AL Jackson...this book was totally "SEXY, FAST-PACED AND VERY ADDICTING"!!! I read Tied Down this afternoon, could not put it down! Eepp I just love the rush I got while reading this book!!!
When Tied Down started off I was like, holy shit, Bliss and Butler sucked me right in and then it came to a screechen' halt and totally went another way. Ohhh I love when books do that to me. I mean really, who do I think I am?? Trying to guess what the hell is going on in the very first chapter..hahaha
"Five years ago, she had jerked me into her criminal world with her mouth and hands, with her warm thighs & ......"lol, yupp, you gotta read the book to find out the rest of that sentence..haha But she is his ex-wife. And now she is a damsel in distress. She needs his help. She has always been the master manipulator, the only woman he has ever loved. Soo when she came begging for his help, he couldn't say no, but the tables have turned and he now will be the one in control!!!

Totally not what I was expecting but I got so much more. Kiel and Cara have history. She tricks him into coming across the country to protect her. Her father is strongly encouraging her to marry someone else but she can't. She belongs to Kiel. But the last time they saw each other was five years ago when she accused him of being a stalker and had her brother take care of it. Kiel flew home bloodied and heart broken. Their reunion is not the happy one Cara is expecting.
I had mixed feelings about these two. They seem to have a hate love relationship. Cara hasn't treated Kiel with respect and Kiel hasn't treated Cara well either. They harbor some strong resentments toward each other. It seems as though they won't ever admit how they really feel about one another. Parts of this were difficult for me because I wanted to smack both of them upside the head for how bull headed they were being. And other parts had me on the edge of my seat. Chelle Bliss has a talent to keep you there too. Her writing flows to the point were I had a book hangover because I just couldn't put this book down. I am excited to see how the series ends. Dale and Gin were left in a tough spot in this book.

I’m really loving this series. As much as I loved Kane’s story, Kiel’s was that much better. In this book you get yummy hotness, suspense, sweet love, and even relationship drama involving friends. This book has a little bit of everything and I loved every single moment.
Kiel and Cara were married 5 years ago. But with Cara coming from a mafia type family, Kiel wasn’t really who her father would want for her husband. So Cara lied to her father and brother about who Kiel was and what their relationship entailed. Then her brother and his goons proceeded to beat Kiel to a bloody pulp. Kiel was crushed by Cara’s choice and when back home to Seattle.
Now his loving wife is back and she says she needs him. Her father wants her to marry someone but he doesn’t know she is already married. Can Kiel look past his hurt and anger and help her out or will his hurt overrule the love he still feels deep down.
I’ll admit I didn’t care for Cara at first but after a while she grew on me. Loved Kiel so much. He wasn’t afraid to admit how hurt and angry he was. Can’t wait to see who comes next in this series. Would love to see Dale and even Johnny get a HEA.
Kiel and Cara were married 5 years ago. But with Cara coming from a mafia type family, Kiel wasn’t really who her father would want for her husband. So Cara lied to her father and brother about who Kiel was and what their relationship entailed. Then her brother and his goons proceeded to beat Kiel to a bloody pulp. Kiel was crushed by Cara’s choice and when back home to Seattle.
Now his loving wife is back and she says she needs him. Her father wants her to marry someone but he doesn’t know she is already married. Can Kiel look past his hurt and anger and help her out or will his hurt overrule the love he still feels deep down.

Kiel and Cara were married 5 years ago, but the two parted ways when Cara betrayed Kiel. Cara is a tough cookie with street smarts. She is ravishing from the top of her head down to her 3 inch stilettos. I disliked her at the start but she grew on me as the story progressed. She holds her cards very close to her chest, but you find out that she is not so hard as nails as she appears.
Kiel was hurt and busted up by Cara's dishonesty and he held her betrayal close to his heart, but continued to hold a torch for Cara. They are brought together again when Cara desperately needs Kiel's help. The chemistry between them has not waned and they find themselves still hot and heavy for each other. This story had a lot of action and criminal elements that is to be expected when dealing with an organized crime family which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Kiel is a diamond in the rough, and I fell hard for him at the get go. I look forward to reading about other characters that appeared in this book.

Kiel and Cara's story had the perfect blend of sexiness suspense and angst. It kept me hooked from the first page. I loved how even though Cara had somewhat betrayed Kiel he couldn't stop loving her no matter how much he tried to tell himself he hated her. I'm not going to go into anymore detail about what happened between them you need to read this book to find that out for yourselves and trust me it's worth finding out. I loved the side characters in this book and am hoping they will get a book of there own. while I hadn't read the first book in this series about Kiel's brother it's definitely left me wanting to go back and read Kane and Kit's story. overall this book is definitely a must read.

Well if you thought Nailed Down was sexy and intense you haven't read anything yet until you read Tied Down. This read definitely had me hooked from the very first chapter until the very end I couldn't put it down. This book was intense, sexy, suspenseful and action packed that it will have you on the ege of your seat and begging for more. Kiel and Cara were hot and explosive with their fiesty banter and off the charts chemistry that they have now moved to my favorite couple. Get ready for one captivating read that will have you fanning yourself by the end!

Cara & Kiel will definitely give you all the feels. Cara & Kiel and their past & their future will definitely tug on your heartstrings. You can feel what Cara & Kiel are going through as you read their story and it’s heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time. This is a story about second chance and finding your forever. I was so excited to read Kiel’s story and I was not disappointed at all. Chelle & Eden’s collaboration is brilliant, amazing and definitely 5 Star read( which isn’t shocking) I truly love this series and I’m excited for more Dale & Johnny. Another phenomenal read that I didn’t want to put down. Who doesn’t love an alpha who’s an asshole but love them away and of course a mafia princess. This book you will want too one click as soon a it’s live.

OMG....It's SOOOOO good, and hot, and the story line...and Cara is such a great character! First you really hate her, but she is so complex that there is more that meets the eye, and her chemistry with Kiel...shut the front door!! I thought Kane would be hard to top as an alpha male, but Kiel definitely shows his alpha side when the woman he has hated for the lat 5 years is now in real danger. Kiel has never really gotten over Cara, and when she lures him back to NY he is less than thrilled. He can't deny the chemistry is still there, and when he realizes the situation she is in he can't help but protect the woman he has always loved. I love that Kane and Kit, AND Dale and Gin are in here, it's just such a fabulous story!! You must get it now!!!

Cara and Kiel certainly turn up the heat in this second part of the trilogy. This Bliss and Butler collaboration is as hot as the first. They bring these characters to life. Looking forward to the third part.

This is Kiel and Cara's story. Kiel fell in love hard with his wife only to have her lie to her family and say he was stalking her. Fast forward five years and Cara needs Kiel back in her life. It won't be easy to win him over. He is bitter and rightly so. They are brought back together in a fast paced, action packed journey. Will they get their HEA? It was also nice checking in with Kane and Kit from the first book. I can't wait to find out if we get to read Johnny and Sammy's story or Dale and Gin.

I have been eagerly anticipating Kiel’s story. I wanted to hate Cara for what she did in the past but I ended up liking and respecting her. What they lived through was intense, but it helped them put things in perspective and find their way back to each other. Kiel is hot and the chemistry he has with Cara is powerful. I can’t wait to see if Johnny gets a story, would love to see him gets his HEA with Sammy.
