Who would have wanted to kill Flo and Tony Mason, and why wait until the middle of a cruise crowded with passengers and potential witnesses? As Eve delves deeper into the mystery, things start making less and less sense. The Masons’ deaths are connected to something much bigger and are just the beginning of what’s to come.

To find the culprit, Eve will call upon her own investigative skills. Any passenger or crewman on the cruise is a suspect, and several of them are hiding secrets of their own. Miles from the closest police station, Eve will have to get creative to catch this killer!

About the author

Karen Henderson is an award-winning journalist who began her career with the Teheran Journal, an English language newspaper in Iran. Back in Ohio, she worked for two smaller papers before joining the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
Her newspaper career has been varied, but she has always been happiest when using her skills as an investigative reporter. She has exposed corrupt officials, consumer fraud, and the environmental health hazards posed by the illegal dumping of toxic waste. In 1987, she became one of the first reporters in the country to expose sexual abuse by catholic priests.
Henderson grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. She lives in a restored ancestral home near Painesville. CARIBBEAN HIT is the first in a series.

An engaging read as we follow the adventures and misadventures of a newspaper reporter who expects to be taking a vacation and gets caught up in crime instead. Lots of adventure and humor. Short enough to take to the beach. Long enough to take out on the porch. You will like AND dislike her characters and head home feeling satisfied.
