I've read all (so far) of this series now, and hope there's more to come. That's about as good a comment as any author could hope for, and Rodney Riesel earned it with Never Strikes Twice! It was a great read!

Well, no retribution for Kelly’s beat-down
And life, as uneven and wobbly as ever, goes on. Cole’s efforts to succor and protect his second child remain unappreciated, as the owner of a neighboring business seeks Cole’s assistance to locate his wayward wife. More complications ensue and lies are uncovered; the good news is that Kelly is on the mend.
Now wishing for a Sunrise City 4!

Mr. Riesel, writes a fast moving story
The main character in this book is a retired cop and he is a smart man! He is juggling many things in his life and having trouble keeping them all airborne. However, he is a good man and tries to do the right thing for everyone he knows.

Never Strikes Twice
As usual a good little mystery and interesting characters. Cole just tickles me to death. He's a mess but a good guy just wish the story lasted longer.
