Sabrina

I would do anything to save my sister’s life. Which is why I‘m about to be living on the alien planet of Draax. Giving up three years of my life on earth to be a nanny for the alien who healed my sister should be easy.

Only, I think there’s been a mix up. This is a palace, not a farm.

I’m on an alien planet with a malfunctioning translator, a storm trapping me in a home I don’t belong in, and a silver-eyed, sexy alien warrior who keeps touching me like I belong to him.

I have a bad feeling he thinks I’m here to have his baby.

Quillan

As king, my people demand a queen and an heir to the throne. With females of our own kind nearly extinct, breeding with the human females is our race’s only chance at survival.

I have no desire to be mated for life, but from the moment I see my future queen, I’m obsessed. I want the curvy human in my bed and by my side at the throne. Her soft kisses, fiery spirit and response to my touch, ignites an unending need for her.

There’s only one problem – she’s breeding incompatible and cannot be my queen.

Please note that this book contains steamy and explicit sex scenes (including scenes of m/f/m) and may not be your cup of tea. It is intended for mature audiences only.

4.5 STARS!

So there I am, minding my own business, indulging in my ridiculous fetish for alien smut (disguised as an 'in-between read' of course) and BAM! I get hit with an actual story.
✔ sweet
✔ charming
✔ funny
✔ alpha goodness
✔ smart heroine
✔ HAWT!
And I don't spell hot incorrectly for just any book! :D

It's hard to find well-written, sex-driven reads . . . if that's your thing, you'll need to get on this, lol.

I was almost tempted to round up, but the start was a little shaky for me with the heroine's body issues. I will say that I appreciated that the author didn't go on and on about it.

Anyway, if the greatest compliment I can give an author is to pay full price for the next in the series, then Reign was a huge WINNER! I just finished book 2 and I really liked it as well.

Happy reading!

Be warned: this is a ménage read. <3

Alien scifi, with some menage scenes, that frankly didn't add much to the fantasy. It's a simple enough plot, aliens need human women to breed, there are some silly elements to the character, which was a shame. If this had been developed as a more serious read, it was have been 5 stars. The H is OTT mad for the h, and she for him. Both characters have depth, the writing is good just silly plot devices. I liked it.

I was not expecting to enjoy this book as much as I did bit it was really good! I have already purchased the second book so I can read it.

I love the characters of Sabrina & Quill. Sabrina winds up with Quill, king of the western province of the Draax all because of a mistake in implantation of her id card. She is marked as the future mate of the king instead of with the information for her nanny job.

What awaits her at the palace?

I was a bit hesitant about an alien romance but OMG was I surprised it was amazing!!Quill and Sabrina had great chemistry together sass, stubbornness, tails, translator devices and green aliens!! Elizabeth Kelly brought this adventure to life, I started out to read a few chapters to test the waters and spent the whole day with my kindle. This romance is smoking hot but also has a soft sweetness to it. I am looking forward to the next visit to Draax. I voluntary received an “Advanced Author’s Copy” for an honest review. This is a great entertaining read!!

Pleasant surprise! This is very different from the other books I’ve read from this author, but she did not disappoint. The characters were relatable. Hero and heroine were both stubborn and independent which made for quite the sexual tension that had to erupt sometime. The plot is engaging without being too far out there. It is a steamy read so if you don’t like your novel to have you panting and sweating this is not for you. I can’t recommend this enough to fans of sci-fi who like a little naughty.

The last shall be first...

Reign is an alien romance we've read before. The Cinderella fairy tale has grown up, gone interplanetary, and its latest avatar now resides on planet Draax. Prince Charming's part is played by the alien king of the western provinces of Draax. He's in need of an heir, and can't stomach any of the local choices. He actually isn't really into marriage, etc. But when his "mail-order" bride is mistakenly sent elsewhere and he ends up with the little human who volunteered to nanny for a farmer? It's a Whiskey Tango Foxtrot set up for romance, and self-discovery, and frisky times on the way to HEA. I like this version of the story. The heroine grows up, stops her chronic self-debasement, and steps up for the sake of love. The hero gets real, drops the "ice-man who lives for duty" persona, and embraces the opportunity for lifetime love and understanding. It's crazy sexy and yet sweet, a well-played variation on an old riff that never disappoints.

It's a hit

So alien to romances especially when there is world building and actual story parts to sink your teeth into are a favorite of mine. This book I'll admit I was a little unsure going into it if I would really like and be able to get into it and I was pleasantly surprised when I did. This book ended up being quit good and I could easily see Sabrina and Quil getting a second book or a novella, I know I'd read it. That being said I'm just as excited and ready to read the second book even though it's a year out. I will definitely be on the look out anxiously awaiting the next book and further development of This world and it's characters. Would recommend.

Awesome start to the series. This is a first read for me in this kind of series, my "go to reads" usually aren't about aliens and other planets. Boy am I so glad I was able to read this. I was hooked right from the start. Sabrina and Quillan meet by mistake and their connection is sexy, it's just sexy trust me. Sabrina is going to be a leading lady you'll love and want to be. This is a great story and honestly feels realistic and relatable which I wasn't expecting for a story about a alien. Loved it and can't wait for the next. I voluntarily reviewed an 'Advance Author’s Copy' of this book.

This is super simple smut with aliens. I don’t mean that in a bad way if that’s what you like. The smut part was nice and enjoyable, the characters were alright, but were very one dimensional and the plot was insanely simple and predictable. I prefer a bit more of a story and actual plot. However, if you are curious about green aliens with tails and a little m/f/m action, then this is a delightfully steamy way to spend an afternoon or evening. It was easy to read, no glaring typos and whatnot and I’m happy with the $.99 I spent on it.

Good plot, interesting circumstances

This is a story of mistaken identity with a twist. Two women are given the wrong identity chip. The story starts with a bang and then slows down considerably. The end gets more exciting and then there is an abrupt end. This is a good start to a series and hopefully the author can improve on the problems in the first book. The plot is good and the characters are interesting. The world building is imaginative. Good read.

One mistake

I think I just found my next new one-click, both the series and the author. The characters are strong and endearing, the author took the time to develop them into such strong personalities with their own values and emotions. Then she threw them into a situation where they had no control and the result is an amazing love story that almost didn’t get the HEA. I loved this book from beginning to end and I can’t wait to read the next one.

Sabrina

Sabrina signs up to go to the alien planet for three years in order to get her sister a cure for cancer. She is to be a nanny, since her breeding tests were incompatible. Before they reach the planet the ID implanted were mixed up. Sabrina ends up being the breeder for the king. Awesome story !!!

I would recommend it to readers who enjoy extra alpha bossy males in bed because the book was nice but I personally don't enjoy this kind of heroes. The heroine was funny at times but I hate it when the sexual tension is portrayed to be more important than the actual feelings between the couple or the only thing connecting them.

Good book except the beginning, on Earth scenes & that woman lack of respect. Liked Galan.
Teo was a bit annoying especially when Quill fell in love with Sabrina & he keeps trying to break them up because he cares more about Quill having an heir than Quill being happy.
Sabrina in trouble & Quilla coming to her rescue was great.

I wish I could have returned this.. ugh. The alien mmc is walking talking std, oh but you know thankfully the miracle juice prevents that. God these aliens were gross. The fmc would have been ok, I liked her sassiness in the beginning and her reasoning for working for the Draax but goodness, she was wishy washy and pathetic. I read about about 50%, skimmed the rest. This was truly awful.

Sexy Alien Alpha

From the start, Sabrina is stuck in a comedy of errors but when she meets Quillan she doesn't care, the sexy alien king is a woman's dream come true. This book is hot, sweet and really entertaining.

Reign

Interesting concept in the tracker mix up and the resultant romances. Of course there are traitors and bad guys to increase the already strong testosterone (of what it is in the Draax) levels.

Nice, quick read with a lot of hot alien streamy sex scenes. It was enjoyable. I really like Sabrina. She was quirky and sarcastic, isn't afraid to speak her mind or hide her desire. Quil was a sweetheart.
