Good info on nontraditional choices for life after high school. A little slanted against college (or maybe a lot but he does admit his bias), and left me feeling like preparing our kids for college, whether or not they decide to go, is not a bad thing and will add to whatever choices they decide to make for their future. Also one chapter he challenges parents that they do know what their child wants to do with their life but just can't accept it. I'm here to say some parents have no idea what their children want to do, so we're just over here trying to support and equip them the best we can while waiting on God to direct their paths.

Overall good info, nothing groundbreaking but maybe those who feel upset at a child's desire not to go to college will benefit from this book.

Excellent to challenge your "college is the only way" mind set. Intended for parents but could be for your high schooler too.

This book was ok but I was a bit disappointed sadly. I had hoped to discover more information I didn't already know.
