I absolutely adore reading - always have and always will. My friends growing up used to tease me when I would trail after them, trying to read and walk at the same time. If I have downtime, odds are you will find me reading or writing.

I am the mother of two wonderful sons who have inspired me to chase my dream of being an author. I want them to learn from me that you can live your dream as long as you are willing to work for it.

When I told my mom that my new year's resolution was to self-publish a book in 2013, she pretty much told me "About time!"

A safe sports romance is a rare commodity but I knew if anyone could pull It off, it would be Rochelle Paige. I have adored all of her hockey playing heroes and Ryan was no exception.

Having been a player in the past, Ryan was surprised that he not only couldn't get Tamara off of his mind, he had zero desire for any other women- he didn't even try. Once he has her in his sights again, he wasn't letting her get away.

I wasn't instantly head over heels for Tamara. She was kind of a hard ass initially and that's not my usual favorite. However, once I learned she regretted cutting out on Ryan months earlier, and then she softened towards him, I was #teamtamara.

- no cheating
- no ow/om drama
-Safe- both celibate during their separation
- no violence of any nature
- just ok epilogue - I definitely needed more!

Read as part of the Team Player Anthology. The first piece of Rochelle's writing I have read, and I enjoyed it I just wanted more, but I often feel this way about Novellas. Ryan a Pro Hockey Player and Tamara a gold medal Olympic Speed Skater meet in a club for a night of lustful sex and don't see each other again until Tamara is hired as Ryan's team coach to improve their speed on the Ice.

The Novella had such potential as there were some great secondary characters, chemistry was there between Ryan and Tamara but I felt it stared going somewhere great and just didn't hit that great point for me. Although their story was finished, it felt like most novellas to me, a little empty in parts and other elements I wanted to know more about were missing. But that being said I enjoyed the Novella and would try another read from Rochelle Paige.

A hockey star and a speed skater.

Tamara and Ryan first meet on the ice and from there have a one night stand.

Ryan can't forget his night with Tamara and wishes he knew more about the girl that rocked his world until fate steps in and he discovers the team's new hire for helping them increase their speed on the ice is Olympic star Tamara Antonov.

Slapped into love is a hot fast and speedy read that leads to a swoon-worthy hea.

Another new author for me and I have already added Blythe College to my tbr.

The Love Slap😂💖

The story was really good. I just finished reading this story a minute ago and I don't want to forget about it. I have never read a book by Rochelle. Every now and then I like to give new authors a chance and usual choose from my favorite author recommendations and I chose this one. I love it. The writing style was great and easy to follow. She even give you dual POV which is amazing! I absolutely love how Tamara and Ryan falls madly in love and live happy ever after!

Amazing work Rochelle Paige!

Read in "Team Player: A Sports Romance Anthology" part of R.P.'s Bachelorette Party series (which I like).
Quick read with a hockey player H and Olympic speed skater h who had a one night stand and meet up again a few months later.
Sweet, short and sexy. Just a nice little addition to the series.

A fun and quick read. Perfect to cleanse your reading-palette. It has a good amount of spice and a happy ending. At first I wasn’t really a fan of Tamara, but when she did regret running away from Ryan after their first “encounter”, i was team Tamara!
3.5⭐️ it is a nice story, but I find it kinda cliché that there were only happy moments. I would have love some drama to level it up.

Amazing!

Loved this short, sweet, and sexy short story! Ryan knows what he wants and isn't about to take no for an answer. Tamara is a sweet, strong female that just needed a reminder of what her and Ryan had.

Great Read

Another great read from Rochelle, thoroughly enjoyed it.
These guys actually have brains to think what a woman wants. Loved the story line.
On the other hand could have done with a bit more about Ryan meeting Tatiana.
Good job.

Read it and enjoy

A really fun read. Emotions, good friends with the right advice, a more than knowledgable level on the sport involved plus the sexy fun and the happy ending desired.
Read it and enjoy.
