Excellent how-to for all levels. The overall info provided in the first chapters, and then the photos and step-by-step, easy to follow and understand directions for each pose are al very informative and instructive. I was very impressed.

Great...if you're into this sort of thing...

This seems very difficult. I would stick with meditation. This is not what I would consider to be for beginners.
