Buckle up and hold on to your lug nuts as Matt Ryan branches out of Fall River and takes a short road trip to New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. Still angered by the attack on Rosie Clare, Ryan is hoping to find leads on local drug dealers, with the idea of greatly complicating their businesses, but instead stumbles upon a darker plot that he couldn’t have anticipated.
Of Duncan Donuts coffee, that is! This guy can't write a bad book. Okay, so I've only read the two in this series SO FAR, but I have not found an author who could grab me this way in a long, long time. Action is non-stop and as long as our hero is properly caffeinated, lawbreakers will find hell to pay. Action, revenge, humor, dogs. What more could you possibly want? Matt Ryan is our hero but Shawn Underhill is covering all my bases. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I've really got swept up in the adventures of Matt Ryan and Sharky, his Malinois. The characters are vividly described as well as the atmosphere and scenery. Matt and Sharky are the type you would want as your best friends, but only if you were one of the good guys. Can't wait to read the next installment!
Another great story! Matt Ryan, annoying, likable, lovable hero. I laughed, bit my finger nails, and read til I finished. Love this crazy guy and his way of making things better a little at a time. Great characters! Ready for the next one.
"They Started It", the 2nd book in the Matt Ryan series, lives up to expectations from book one. You do not want to start something bad around Matt Ryan; he will finish it and you may not live to regret it!
Love this series and the authors say of putting the points across. Just a normal storage owner and his abnormal dog dealing with the shady characters the encounter in their small town. Really good cup of coffee ☕ afternoon reading.
Fast-witted anti-hero with good ethics and great fighting skills decides to be a concerned citizen and take some criminals to task. Witty dialogue and entertaining storyline. Very enjoyable read.
This 2nd book was better than the 1st by far! The first third of the book had me laughing every few pages - yeah, I really get his sense of humor and goodwill for those who deserve it! I read the 2nd half of the book in one sitting. It was a great story!
