The Witch

Rate this book
There is a place of lost and forgotten things, where windswept angels of newspapers old dance upon the breeze of the past. Powerful machines push the memories into the dark of oblivion and the streets are paved with lost keys. It is a place where the messages in bottles are washed upon the shore of the River Styx and the old forgotten paths can unerringly lead you home. It is the place of Myth and Legend.
There is always more to the story.
After seeing an unexpected omen of death, Belladondra, the Sorceress receives and unexpected visitor. The new Necromancer has come to pay her a call and offer her a seemingly ridiculous proposal. Only an idiot would make war of the Gypsy and the Demon and she sets him to a challenge instead.
“Get the gypsy to flee her castle and I will think about it.” She says and gives him an unexpected gift. She gives him a portion of the Demon’s true name.
She knew it was a mistake even before they took her daughters in retaliation. With two of her Imp Girls dead and four more missing she must risk everything to get them back. She didn’t want this war but they took the most important things in her life. If they wanted a war then she would give it to them. She will use every ounce of her power to get them back even if it means burning the Elixir Hotel to the ground.

I cant think of a title that would give justice to the awesomeness of this book

This is the third book in the series. This is a series I feel it is better to read in order. In this one we learn how The Witch fits into the picture. The book intertwines with book two. I have loved every minute of this series. The awesome imagination by the author to pull it off. Well worth the read. It really keeps you on your toes. A page turner from the beginning to the end.

As the book moves into the last part you will the learn more about the Witch and how she fits in as you start seeing the story being laid before your eyes. The imagination this author has makes you definitely wonder what his other books are like. I definitely would recommend this series to any paranormal lover because you are literally stuck in this world that the author has built himself and it's like no other.

The 3rd book in the Fade series has Imagination, Adventure, Excitement, Sadness, Spells, Magic, Sorcery, and Power. It's an intertwining story that shocks the core of Alternate Universe of the Fade. I like the Witch's 12 girls' names and we are introduced to new creatures as well.
